They will need to raise funds, I think they will try before the CMD but might be the case that there is no interest to put in money at this valuation into this black hole.

A very high proportion of the capital HEMO has raised over the year has come from short sellers covering their shorts. If shorting wasn't allowed, it would have been much harder for HEMO to raise cash.
