It seems. I can’t envisage that the well won’t be tested. Okay we have a few 10k sells going through. Quite easily PIs that are takin small profit (this had been down to 3p), getting scared and cutting losses, or simply derisking by selling some of their stake and investing else where (latter applies to me). However we also have seen at least 4 block buys of ~ 18k / 500k share last couple days which smells of someone knowing something I don’t!

I get that and like I said its a bitter pill to swallow but the board need to outline a clear strategy to monetising their assets and that invariably will include funding. I think its better to do that now at this level than to allow this to continue to drift. There are good assets here, but this is AIM and no one will be buying in for jam way down the line when their are big questions about funding. IMO

Certainly the 500k buys look like someone accumulating- continues same buys from yesterday. You don’t buy those volumes on a whim IMO. Someone know brockham will flow IMO

its fair at this stage to expect an update given that q2 has about gone. I half expected one this morning tbh and think we will have one soon with "rig to arrive next week following servicing after completion of contract at west newton" type news.

I think the 0.01% is more to do with the contract TBH rather than demonstrating a direct value.

£261M is achievable If UKOGs plans are fully executed and approx. flows realised. I think SS would like Alba to relinquish their 18% for a lot less than £50m!

We will only know how high this is likely to go short term when it gets to the 4.5-5 range. If we start seeing a pattern on big sells at that range that’s the placing shares being offloaded. The investors who placed at 4.25 may well be pissed off enough to sell lower I.e. at cost.

ALBA obviously not seeing HH as their primary focus and why would they with 18.1%. An opportunity for UKOG to take them out? That said seems prudent at this stage to keep hold of the 261K if all you lose is <0.1%. Not sure how that works other then as legalease says valuing HH at £261M. Could easily be worth that in the future but I'm just hoping ALBA wont be asking close to 50M for their 18% when UKOG come a knocking!
