Even if DG got a seat on board with his 15%, very much doubt much would change here in terms of strategy. Probably DG would understand the business better. But he would just be a kind of adviser with his 15%, so he could give his view. He wouldn't be chairman. For that he would need over 50%. If he went to 75% of course, he would even more than "control", as could just pass special resolutions how he pleased.
