I have also expressed my thoughts about the practicality of the defence system when put into the real world.

They are called Defence Holdings, and they have made it clear that most of what they are building will be AI software to guard against cyber threats.

It has been mentioned before but for the AI software to be practical use in the real world, it must be at top of the global competition. The more intelligent AI, also known as the super AI, will dominate over less intelligent AI.

So it's no good if let's say foreign powers have a more advanced AI that can bypass your less efficient AI. This is also known as the battle over the development of AI which is what is happening globally in the power struggle.

Refer to it like ChatGPT and DeepSeek. Each nation will be building their own version and who will come out on top remains an uncertainty.

The point is how effective will the UK defence system be in a future practical world remains unanswered. As for now, we have seen cyber attacks against companies like M&S, British Airways, Airport systems, Banking platforms. This is a sign that the UK and EU are losing the battle, otherwise their system would not have been infiltrated and as a result millions are lost in the process.

The intention to build something does not automatically mean it will result in a success.

My view about the fundamentals of the company isn't without reasons. To-date the company could not name the Mag7 partnership, neither do they have a projected revenue for when this supposedly AI project is up and running.

In fact, DH doesn't even have a contract, and or do investors know the full details of the clause, like how much they would be participating.

Imagine setting up a market stall selling cakes and banding themselves next to Mr Kipling and McVities.

There's a real possibility that could be what is happening here!

The share price movement is one thing, but the reality could be very different.

You try to be a little positive, you also get attacked.

Some very toxic individuals who just like to get personal rather than making constructive debates about the share.

I have always been transparent about my views on the share.

Yes, there are pros and cons. The share price movement have certainly out weighed the uncertainties around the stock, namely the funding and projected revenues etc, which I had admitted I was wrong about the share price movement.

However, I hold onto my view regarding the fundamentals of the company.

We are all waiting for the Mag7 partnership + Government budget + Contract wins.

The above will reveal the market size and in the centre of the AI trend.

The AI trend will be at the priority of all nations forefront. Businesses and investors will all want to get involved with AI.

The AI boom is equivalent to the Crypto boom from a decade or two ago.

Anyone who looks back and regret they didn't get into Bitcoin early, well, don't let that happen in this AI boom.

I'd love for the company to announce the Mag7 partnership and government funding. When it happens, this could go into £s no joke.

I'm here. I'm constantly battling against the share sentiment and the fundamentals of the company.

I admit I have been wrong with the share price movement. We are in the AI trend and that alone will take the SP to newer heights.

Even GEX made it to 19.5p at one point.

I have been asking the same question since the DSEI crober33.

In fact, it begs the question if they can sell something that they don't own especially if it's linked to the UK government.

I have been waiting on clarity from the company but it never came.

The current price doesn't make sense as they haven't even won a contract yet. If I was on the board I would be doing a placing quite quick and raising a very decent amount so the non execs and others can get some decent money out of this in salaries and also to develop sales etc

The warrants are probably a taste of what's to come. I still think there'll be a placing before the year end.

The people shouting HOLD will be selling out on the bell.

People who had bought in yesterday will probably be a while until they see 3p again.

Can DH even sell a government level product associated to the MOD, something that DH doesn't own...

It doesn't make sense...they are just participating in the project...

A very compelling story. They all sound very convincing until they don't.

I'm not dismissing the UK government plans at all.

I'm just in doubt on how much DH can actually offer. Some of the story are still in question.

For a novice company that hasn't been around that long, to suddenly work for a national level project. Have checked out their company information and it's no secret that the have went through some company name changes.

I read someone posted the words "being pulled through doors" as this was mentioned in the presentation. Yes, it may sound good and all but how about something of substance.

When implying the project to be fast tracked, it's like saying something is "quick" but how about giving a definite response. I might think 6 months is quick but bob next to me thinks 5 years is quick.

Just look at Matad for example. The CEO promised good relations and support from the Mongolian Government. Reality speaks differently, those guys have spent 5 years to get a land permit.

So saying they're being "pulled through doors" means very little to me.

Another example is GEX, the CEO promised a December 2024 drill. He reassured investors it will happen. The share price shot up. Guess what, it's September 2025 and the drill did not happen and the share price gradually declined.

It's not me being difficult, it's just that there are many dishonest people out there. There is a regulated communication medium with legal bearing, that is called an RNS.

Isn't today's presentation were supposedly to talk about the plan going forward?

I'm not sure about you lot but my definition of a plan should cover the road map, partnership and people involved, time frame, budget, sales pitch, potential customers, and revenue forecast.

Was any of the above covered?

I reckon this will retrace hard tomorrow.

People have heard the presentation now.

Many will take profit and others will have changed their minds on the lack of fundamentals.

Nothing goes up in a straight line.
