I recommend people to listen to the past Shareholder Q&A Q2 2024. Many of the spoken projects have made little to zero progress since.

Even the interviewer sounded frustrated with the continuous delays and the scripted responses from Naheed.

It felt like an interrogation at some point and you can literally hear Naheed's voice shaking when being questioned about progress and value realisation.

The interview wasn't a showcase of confidence, it highlighted the lack of preparation, company strategies or any kind of forward plans.

Listening to Naheed getting roasted doesn't really boost confidence for shareholders and potential investors.

In my honest opinion

The next news is crucial.

It's time for the company to prove they can commercialize and generate revenue.

Too often aim companies fail at this critical stage.

What will happen then if they do.

PH must be planning another fund raise.

That would explain the share price movement without any substance to it

Back to the share, the SP was disappointing considering the ML was a milestone achievement for a small cap like Oracle.

You would have thought after the long awaited confirmation of a mining lease, the share price would shoot up on the forward progress undeniably.

But who would have thought the SP would remain stagnate and with only a few hours of trading hours to go

Wont be surprised if this finished flat or red.

Why rush to buy when the RNS states mining lease is expected over the next few weeks?

For the day traders, they would definitely come back in a few weeks time to see if the mining lease is ready by then.

So many things could have gone wrong and I, for one, has never heard of an objection on a mining lease at such a late stage...

Let's not forget this wasn't at an early stage where the company goes and offers to buy the land from the respective owners, where at that point they have the right to object.

But to come out to say objections settled so far into the campaign, and after spending so much funds and time on drilling...only leads me to believe Riversgold hadn't been honest, and they were gambling with shareholders money on the exploration and works on the site before getting the correct legal paperwork and everybody's agreements.

Such unstructured planning and disorganisation...what else could they be hiding or haven't put on place, makes me wonder.

The settlement was very lucky, but it also raises a lot of concerns about the BoD approach and methods, I must say

I suspect some people will sell out on the news.

It's clear that it's a few weeks away, the sellers will come back in a few weeks time.

Also, the BoD dishonesty will have left a distasteful feeling for some holders.

So you're telling me there were objections all along and objections from who exactly, land owners?

Lawyers were involved too?

I don't really know the full back story of it but it didn't sound pleasant at all.

I wonder how long and how much cash is needed to complete the feasibility study

The fact that the Q&A was in Q2 2024 further highlights the fact that there has been no progress in Thar since, and only recently we've people on the bulletin trying to hype up Thar.

Why don't you tell them how misleading that was?

In my honest opinion

Not strange at all.

Didn't I caution everyone of their expectations vs the reality of slow progress in the mining sector.

It really is a sad case that the CEO had promised soooo much but delivered so little.

To further rub salt to the wound of the long term shareholders, he goes and join Seascape Energy for his own personal gains.

This move really showed the character MB really is, and he is not fully committing to the role at Matad.

No wonder the Mongolian Government and a respectable Chinese company such as Petrol China are treated him the way they do.

A total clown deserves just that.

10 years and near £200 million raised. Tons of promises and false dawn, and yet, MB has the face to linger around like a bad smell, total shameless.

Thought they were separate projects with different geology and exploration targets?
