Very sensible and fully justified comment. The updated H1 flow rates still not announced, we don't don't if it has increased or decreased. Same with H2, it's still suspended.

You know what is truly sad about the rampers...

They had waited 6 months which they whole heartedly believed the e-signature would be the catalyst to send the SP into multiple folds...

But here we have it, the supposedly mother of all RNS has did merely 18% rise...that's it

It's now back to square one, which I've always said, it's down to Heron1 and whether the flow rate has improved...

I'm very confident this will drift now unless they have good news to follow

I think this will be a slow drift until they release the updated flow rates for H1

If on the day of the e-signature RNS it only did 16%....

Then I wouldn't hold much expectations for the rest of the week.

Like I say, this is only half of the news, we need H1 to come good before any major re-rate

Don't forget 10 years ago the SP went to 38p in that November commencing the wildcat drills.

Then MB forked up and the SP drifted year after year.

Anyone who averaged down only amassed their losses.

The holders from Bergen days are lucky to have an average of 5p, many still holding around the 7-10p average

What we know so far.

The initial flow rate was 821bopd.

The flow rate were choke back to 200bopd.

The flow rate by last calculation were 190bopd.

The question is whether this figure continues to drop and also the life span of the well.

I don't think MB is being transparent here.

All in my opinion

The e-signature is finally signed which is good news. However, the bigger problems remains as the situation has not improved for Heron1 and 2, or Gobi.

The company is on the verge of a fund raise. If Heron1 cannot be fixed then all work to-date would be for naught as Matad won't able to monetize.

Even if H1 maintained a flow rate of 200bopd, I don't think that would be enough to cover for the £14.9million of binding commitments for the Borzon Block over the next 8 years.

We also know that H2 remains suspended and Gobi with no oil show.

The risks are definitely there. All depends on the Heron flow rate now.

Of course the rampers don't want to discuss the risks because they are pushing the 20p-50p narrative.
