Now well over 4 weeks and nothing ...

Nah. It would only spoil a good holiday.

Got all excited. Just before open LSE had the price at 14.5p. Thought maybe the LAM-1 result had come through as a success. No such luck.

If this company has one they need to replace them as soon as possible. We are complaining about a lack of information from the Chairman, and now the CEO but, it is the job of the Public Relations Officer to inform the public and investors. There has been zero public relations from this company. We thought it had to be because of an impending takeover. No evidence of that at all so far. And the appointment of a new CEO tends to go against that possibility. The last 'news' item on this website was from 28 December 2012!

No news and no updates results in in many investors like soulchild pulling out and causing the share price to fall. When are this management going to realise that? They seem to have the attitude of get on with the job and the share price will look after itself. Well, the share price moves with the buying and selling of investors. If they are not told what is happening they are likely to sell up after waiting for too long. No news since before last September is clearly too long.

That is exactly why this share price is doing so poorly. Even good news will only return the sp to where it was just a few days ago at around 13p. Recovery to around the over 20p it was a year ago isn't going to happen with the complete lack of comms from this management.

Share price still down at 9.75. There must be lots of sells in there.

I had this strange dream that merely the known fall in the oil price late last year caused an entirely predictable fall in profits to cause the market to be caught unawares on Monday morning without any apparent knowledge of the result of the oil price fall and the share price to crash 20%. Oh no that did actually happen ...

These broker targets are fantasy figures when you consider the reaction of the market when the share price is just 13p. A collapse of up to 20% down below 11p when the share price target is at 34p shows the market's actual opinion of this stock.

By the way Brent is sitting stable at $65 and Crude a little under $60. The oil price is recovering.

It didn't 'smell' right because of the complete lack of information coming from the company. The company itself is not so bad. As the headline says revenues were hit by the fall in the oil price. Not that the company is bad. If the company directors were more forthcoming with information there wouldn't be these massive swings in the share price. That has caused a lack of confidence. Any hint of bad news at all and the shares get dumped. We have had no news at all on LAM-1. What are investors to think?

Oil price increasing from $63.22 at 14:30 on Friday to $64.94 by the stock market close at 16:30 with the oil market close at $65.50, not a lot higher.

Poor public relations. The share holders are not kept in the picture. That is bound to create negativity. If the company is doing well then tell everyone. If it is having problems then we need to know as well. The share price much have some importance to the company and the recent poor share price is entirely down to investors not knowing what is happening with this company. Why should someone invest their hard earned in a company where they don't know where it's going? Some have assumed m & a as a possibility because of this lack of information. There is no evidence of that except as a reason for the lack of information. And some have been looking for other reasons like the experience of directors on the board maybe leaning toward m & a. Not healthy.

A bit of a disappointment really. A new CEO was anticipated with great expectation, especially when the new CFO had stated the pool of candidates was so good. The result did not find market appreciation. The share price has remained static from the initial announcement. At least it didn't fall though. Maybe the results on Monday will spark the market into life? The experience over the last 8 months is not encouraging. Maybe there will be good results from the LAM-1 drill. But we are now 17 days or so into the drill. Good news should come earlier than bad news, which would not result until the drill has gone the maximum distance and they have to give up. Whereas evidence of a large find would be noticed earlier. Overall this company has poor PR at the very least. At worst things could actually be bad and we are just not being told.

There's always one isn't there? This 'pineapple' is an authority is he? Disgruntled investor is he?
