I must reiterate; The fact the Parcel was 2 Million Carats was in the public domain.

Zimbabwe Supreme Court were not Ambiguous in their Ruling, even denying any appeal as to the Ownership of the parcel.

15 Years have passed and in that time the details have been buried. Archives state without Doubt, the parcel was 2 Million Carats. I dont buy the "LOST KEY" stuff I dont buy "Unknown cache" Cloak & Dagger worthy of MUGABE ???

The moment these Diamonds were handed to VAST Res the shares should have been Suspended, ensuring that only LTH and genuine Holders benefitted.

Prelea could have made another loan instead of the Warrant debacle that further Diluted every share out there and adding even more to the YOLK AROUND HOLDERS NECK.

CLARITY improves a DIAMONDS value enormously.

Andrew Prelea needs to display just a little CLARITY, because currently, there is NONE, Therefore, little Value.

Eventually, Andrew Prelea or a minion will need to Disclose the truth, better sooner rather than later.

Why Andrew Prelea has chosen to Bury the Zimbabwe Supreme Court ruling details is somewhat surprising at this stage.

The Judge actually said, "Put the 2 Million carat parcel into safe storage within the Zimbabwe Reserve Bank" no ambiguity, it was as plain as that. Obviously Vast Resources Creditors were Privy to that information, which explains their willingness to wait instead of sending in the Bailiff`s.

Now we are being spoon fed bit and pieces, "We have found a previously unknown cache of Diamond" shortly we may be told of more unknown, STUFF. Cloak & Dagger stuff from Andrew Prelea, Investors have had enough, Reveal everything or be considered, Duplicitous. I Believe the words spoken by the Zimbabwean Supreme court judge, who ordered 2 Million carats of Diamonds be put in secure Zimbabwean Reserve Bank.

Is Andrew Prelea prepared to call the Judges word`s A FALSEHOOD. I DOUBT THAT VERY MUCH.

Andrew Cranswick (ACR) CEO, did several Interviews in 2008/9/10 concerning African Consolidated Resources aka Vast Resources. The interview on 30/03/2010 outlining when, Andrew Cranswick & ACR employees were frog marched off the Marange Field, IN 2006, at GUNPOINT, gives a `FEEL` for the fear, he and others had for their lives.

Robert Gabriel Mugabe 1924-2019 was the Tyrant in Control in Zimbabwe, some say "Government" but that is an absurd description to put on a regime that employed thugs to grab asset`s that did not belong to them. Then there is, Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Co, formed in 2005 and linked to disappearing Diamond wealth. It is estimated $2 Billion have gone missing via ZCD. Meantime Mugabe was buying Properties Worldwide, USA/UK/France/Germany/Dubai even a Castle in Scotland. Mugabe bbuilt up a collection of rare, valuable Cars, notably a Rolls Royce that was one of only 18 Manufactured, worth £2-3 million.

The scale of looting was staggering, & Wholly CRIMINAL, even by African Standards, this was achieved by a Gang of Militia, trained and operated within Zimbabwe for the sole purpose of following Mugabe orders without Question.

The much vaunted KIMBERLEY PROCESS was a puppet of Zimbabwe control, KP are tasked with overseeing much of African mining in order to ensure Honesty and LEGAL PRACTISES, something Foreign to KP who are escorted everywhere by MUGABE THUGS, who say where KP can go and where KP cannot go.

Early 2010 the ZIMBABWE supreme court were asked to rule on the validity of African Consolidated Resources license to mine Diamonds in Zimbabwe and therefore the ownership of a Parcel of Diamonds from that claim. The Judge was very well versed on the whole aspect, obviously had a great knowledge of the whole process.

Vast Resources was incorporated in 2005 working elsewhere in ZIM, ACR Changed to Vast Res in 2014.

but i digress; The judge in Zimbabwe Supreme Court ordered that "2 Million carats of Diamonds be transported from the Court to Zimbabwe Reserve Bank and to remain there until any appeal from Zim Government is heard and dealt with, that appeal cannot deny ZIM Supreme court ruling, these Diamonds belong to ACR"

Andrew Prelea throughout this exhaustive process has maintained that we talk of a relatively small parcel, where in fact, on 30/03/2010 ZIM Supreme court told the WORLD exactly what was at stake, but then the WORLD FORGOT.

Now the World will wake up. Vast Resources valued at £14m are in process of selling Diamonds worth Hundreds of Millions maybe even BILLION POUNDS. 00.041 ???? I THINK NOT. Tuesday will be fun.

HOT SEAT Interview: ACR CEO Andrew Cranswick on diamonds saga

Journalist Violet Gonda presents Hot Seat where she speaks to Andrew Cranswick, CEO of African Consolidated Resources, the company in the middle of a legal wrangle with the government over the Chiadzwa diamond mine. In this first part of the interview Cranswick talks about the history of, and the controversy behind, the Chiadzwa diamonds.

VIOLET GONDA: My guest on the programme Hot Seat is Andrew Cranswick, the CEO of African Consolidated Resources, the company which says has the legal title to mine the controversial Chiadzwa diamond claim. ACR was forced off the claim in Marange in Manicaland Province at gunpoint in 2006 and has been in the middle of a protracted ownership wrangle with the government ever since. Currently theres a Parliamentary Committee hearing which has been set up to investigate operations at Chiadzwa in an effort to try and establish control of the alluvial fields where unknown quantities of gems are still being extracted. Welcome on the programme Andrew.

ANDREW CRANSWICK: Thank you Violet.

GONDA: Now can you start by telling us your history of how you got involved with the Chiadzwa Diamonds?

CRANSWICK: Well African Consolidated Resources was a company founded in late 2003 by a bunch of Zimbabweans, black and white – who put their own money in to establish a company to explore for minerals in Zimbabwe. We, as exhorted by our President, we went off to find foreign investments to assist that programme after we had inquired a number of gold, nickel and metal projects. We raised funding in London and listed on the London Stock Exchange because that is a requirement for the foreign investment, so essentially we are a Zimbabwean company, founded by Zimbabweans but now listed in London so hence the common statement that its a British company.

We acquired a diamond exploration company that had been closed down by Delta Gold in the 1990s when they exited Zimbabwe and we acquired their database which was quite exhaustive. We also employed a number of people from the diamond industry who had a good knowledge, working knowledge of Zimbabwe and so diamonds became the fourth mineral that we incorporated into our portfolio. The find, like all exploration and mineral finds worldwide was a lucky one. It was found partially on good science, partially on prior information and at first we didnt understand it because its a very unique geological deposit and when we did discover the actual existence of gem diamonds in that particular area – we had many, many hectares all around Zimbabwe exploring for many minerals – we immediately declared it as required by law through the Stock Exchange and we declared it to the Zimbabwean government, a public declaration. And we appealed for assistance to control some of the villagers who had started digging these diamonds up.

Andrew Prelea is being very Economical with the facts regarding "Everything, Vast Resources" Look at the Live interview, Prelea gives all answers after a pause. He says, "Diamonds in unknown Parcel are 11cts to 40 cts" look again, he pauses before 40 CTS. He pauses because it is NOT CORRECT, it is more.

Let me explain, at no stage has AP nor anybody else mentioned the weight of the parcel, if they did you could make an educated guess at the Carats. At no stage has AP nor anybody else Mentioned How many people it took to move these Diamonds to Dubai. We are talking about a substantial amount of Diamonds, not something you can secret about your Body. 2 Million Carats 400 kilograms.

What if the Parcel contained 2 Million carats ?? Even Bugs Bunny would be Delighted.

It would be worth, Hundreds of $Millions & under favourable Circumstances, $Billions.

What did the reasonable people value the Parcel at $20m ?????????

Why did ZIM hand the Parcel back? surely they could have kept hold??

WRONG, VERY WRONG. Whilst those Sparklers belonged to NOBODY, they were CONTRABAND, ILLEGAL, UNSELLABLE.

Worthless to Man or Beast. The only way to give the Parcel value was to RETURN them to the rightful owners, VAST Resources. That is the conundrum that is fooling te Market and MM`s are playing the silly games.

I am not in the camps of those who are Devaluing the Parcel. I am looking at the Rational behind the People who were responsible for the decision to obstruct Vast in 2006/7 and the logical reasons behind such a GOVERNMENTAL Decision.

That decision and the reasons behind it were DISMISSED by Zimbabwean Supreme Court after 15 years delay.

15 years of Prevarication, 15 years of expensive Litigation. FOR £15M to £25M Parcel ???? Are you MAD ???

This Elusive Parcel is Worth many Multiples of those Figures, is the Educated, logical calculation, Mugabe Government would not have bothered with Vast Resources for Piddly Amounts. This entire Parcel is of HUGE Value. LOGIC SAYS SO.

All Valuations of the value of this entire Parcel on ALL B/B`s suggest Mugabe and his gangsters knew Diddly Squat about Diamonds and which ones may be valuable. I beg to differ, ENTIRELY.

I firmly believe Mugabe sent hand-picked villains to protect Hand-Picked Diamond experts to collect "SPECIALS" for Mugabe Retirement fund. This Parcel valuation will surprise everybody. There will be more than enough to grease the Palm of President Mnangagwa in order for Vast Res to secure Licences for Diamond & Gold Mining in Zimbabwe.

Mugabe was no MUG, he knew what he wanted and where to get it. The first Auction will astound the Market causing chaos on the Value of Vast Res shares.

Whilst everybody is distracted, facts are being ignored. Vast Res had their Diamond Mining licence removed by ZIM Supreme Court after Charges by Mugabe Government of Illegal Mining. Those Charges have now been proven to be, "Unfounded".

Therefore the Licences to Mine Diamonds in the Lucrative Marange fields will need to be restored to VAST RES.

Whilst this area has been virtually cleared of Alluvial Diamonds on the surface, there will be Tonnes in the SEDIMENTARY DEPOSITS. In Zim Craton, made up of a number of tectonostratigraphic terranes assembled by plate tectonic processes.

Vast Res could become a Mid Tier Mining Company in very short time.

Vast New NOMAD with a Blue Riband Reputation dont find Vast, Terrifying.
