AP has always insisted that Institutional investment in Vast Res will bring Huge Organic growth.

Institutional Investors will not touch a Secretive Company that chooses surrender to a Rogue State over a Legitimate appeal to a court of Arbitration. Vast Res holders have been sold a Dummy. Proof will not be long in becoming very, painfully apparent.

Mining in Zimbabwe is now very expensive, with all the risks taken by Miners and their Shareholders, Vast Res will not be returning to Zimbabwe. AP Will pencil in a £25m loss, thats a gimme.

Long term Holders like myself deserve an explanation as to why the ICC was considered the only route at one time and now Vast Res are being held to ransom by Zimbabwe ???? ICC would have been much better and much cheaper.

Instead AP considers this surrender, by Vast Res, a good deal.

VAST had a, "Prima facie case" meaning; Enough evidence to support a legal claim or charge, without needing further investigation or Evidence.

The Question is simple; How come AP did not go down that route from the minute he took control of Vast in 2014 ?????

I consider AP to be, rather slow. The link below says that AP for reasons known only to AP was totally wrong to leave Vast Res future in the hands of creditors. Why he did that, is pretty obvious to me. African Consolidated resources/Vast Res had a Zimbabwe High Court Judgement in their Favour, then confirmed by Zimbabwe Supreme court ruling. Whilst that Supreme Court ruling was challenged and on appeal by Zim, a further appeal rejected the rescinded Judgement. At that time 2018/19 AP should have filed for a judgement at ICC that Vast Res would have won a massive settlement against Zimbabwe.

I am not interested that ZIM are broke, thats their problem. Sharetalk know the ZIMBABWE Reserve Bank held upto $1.7 Bn in Diamonds. $1.7 Bn.

Royalties/Fees to Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zim/Legal fees/Auction fees/Security and marketing fees.

Could reach 20% of the Rough Diamond Value of the parcel.

Total ? Titan legal fees will be eye watering. Auction fees? OUCH!!. How much ransom will Zimbabwe want ???

So if this Total comes to 20% of the Total Value of the Parcel, that Total of the Parcel must be HUGE.
