An Exit may well be PUSHED BY NONE OTHER THAN, Mr Sisto. His love of S V V is probably the catalyst to an exit. Only an Exit would allow Mr Sisto to invest heavily in S V V then Mr Sisto could also correct the error of selling Wyld massively.

An Exit would allow Mr Sisto to exercise his power within Tern, and who would argue??
