Globally renowned Engineering and Metallurgical Consultants are not employed to do JORC. These people have been engaged to; offer support along all stages of the mine planning process, from mining method selection and design to plant design, equipment design selection and logistics and Geotechnics. In addition Consultants develop plans and design new processes for mining companies to optimise their processes and performance. Consultants Study and apply physical methods for separating Mineals from their ORES, USING VARIOUS TECHNIQUES, working with existing operators.

The more you look at previous RNS`s, the more obvious it becomes, Something has changed. What has changed? Merely the fact that Metlen do not have the Quantity of ZINC & LEAD in order to obtain the Quantities of Gallium/Germanium, therefore Metlen made the original error in exposing the Buyout and David Price confirmed that the only source for Metlen claims is, Rockfire Resources. Then we get notification that suddenly, ROCK have the services of GLOBALLY RENOWNED, SIGNIFICANT ENGINEERING & METALLURGICAL CONSULTANTS TO ASSIST Rockfire Resources. There you have it, From nowhere, ROCK no longer depend on David Price as the qualified person, ROCK now employ, very expensive Consultants.

Or maybe I should say, "METLEN HAVE HIRED THE WORLDS BEST IN ORDER TO ENSURE THEY ARE BUYING THE REAL McCOY, and maybe include the findings in the IPO"

Taken from last RNS, These Globally Significant Consultants are not cheap, who do you think is paying for them ??? Who sent for them??

DP was over the Moon late 2024 about the immediate prospects of Rock, now DP has gone all coy, all patient, all 2027/8 if you believe that, LOL.

Metlen have obviously been reading the rumours and and instructed DP to use more obscure language in order to deflect any connections between Rock & Metlen.

The proof is there for all to see, Ebullient, Effusive David Price in 2024 we are now presented with an altogether Different David Price in March 2025, Reserved, evasive, non committal David Price.

2025 David Price is merely a facade, a Distraction. The real David Price was contained in a podcast still available where he talks about Massive returns very soon, that was 2024 nothings changed on the ground.

The only change has been the METAMORPHOSIS of David Price, probably been ordered by Evangelos Mytillineos, Chatrman & CEO of Metlen Energy & Minerals.

I am of the opinion that Metlen do NOT currently have the materials they are telling the World they have, the only way they can possibly deliver on their forecasts is by acquiring ROCK Greece asset`s. On top of that, Metlen are investing in a huge plant to obtain Gallium & Germanium through the LENGTHY PROCESS REQUIRED. All imho, based on what Metlen have said and what Metlen actually have. I would reiterate, ROCK are an Exploration company who have stated, quite unambiguously, on several occasions, "ROCK IS NOT A PRODUCTION COMPANY" Rock will get a healthy sum off Metlen and could even get EU Funding to explore the ANTIMONY SITE. Antimony exploration is a highly Dangerous and complicated procedure and Enormously expensive, EUROPE must have this ANTIMONY and will pay to get it. The muddy water`s will clear when Metlen IPO is published.

All the reasonable, sensible investors are that reasonable and sensible their Modus Operandi is, ATTACK TIGER. Rather like school yard bullies, they see no other viewpoint but their own.

Rock needs to raise Cash to survive, contrary to what the Reasonable and sensible say, the Greece asset`s are worth plenty. I believe they already belong to Metlen, who will take the Find into production. Whilst Rock have a Substantial claim in Greece it also comes with a 30 Year lease.

When calculating Value, A Lease of such a Length has Significant value attached to it.

Sector consolidation seems to be happening in the Cyber Security Sector. The bid by GOOGLE for Wiz at $30Bn suggests that Google fear the Microsoft/CyberArk/Device Authority Partnership and Google are Strengthening their own, Cyber security offering.

This bid by Google is very relevant to the sector.

MSFT would never announce a Partnership with anybody, yet they have announced Collaboration with the Partnership of CyberArk & Device Authority. The choice of words is theirs. CyberArk are a $16Bn outfit, DA a minnow. Msft always announce T/O along with Figures, no other time.
