A lot of folks had the wind put up them and sold out. Myself and chips are amongst the few expecting a 90p+ close this year. As for the budget, it's a complete wild card, other than lloyds have shot up this year, with Labour in power. My feeling is Labour will not kill off the golden geese that lay the golden eggs, meaning the banks!
