Yeah assuming that's a buy that's the biggest trade we've seen in the last week by some distance. Hopefully someone has heard something...

Yeah I was hoping we'd be quiet until now but it's all kicked off just in time for the new tax year. Same though, can't complain too much. I'll put some in there eventually.

I think the main events to avoid with cash in limbo are China ramping things up to include NdPr and the SPAC binding agreement.

I have a good worry to deal with here...

I have some shares from Mkango to transfer into an ISA but I don't have the option to bed & ISA so have to do it manually. Which means sell them off, wait 2 days for the cash to clear, then buy. The problem is right now we are at the most likely period in years of the price exploding due to world events, and I'll miss the boat. Argh.

We could not have possibly dreamt of a better geopolitical context for the SPAC.

I just had a chat with ChatGPT about potential future value of Songwe Hill mine only, with info on value at current prices of REEs and then with China export controls factored in. The numbers are quite something!

Fair enough, it is true that we are in uncharted waters! And profit is a profit. But I'm confident this one has a lot further to go yet.

Of all the boards and all the stocks, it was this one you chose to write that in? A company that we have been banking on a trade war to kick the price into gear?

American investors going to make some moves on this now they've just opened their markets before we close for the weekend?

The price of success is we're going to see day traders and the like arrive here soon. Maybe today, maybe not, but the quality of the board is probably going to go downhill at some point.

Great @esduk, thanks for that. I guess we can add a few million extra for whatever they need to import for the construction side but it does like yet another massive ✅ for HyProMag versus the competition.

So even the mines within the the US producing critical REEs are about to get a lot more expensive due to production line costs increasing, especially if there are retaliatory tariffs as expected. I suppose this will also affect HyProMag facility construction costs, possibly not to the same extent though being more of a tech based approach? Someone might have a better idea than me.

Bear in mind Cotec value their share of HyProMag US at at least £100m, the Songwe Pulawy SPAC is expected to be valued at $100m, we have the majority ownership of the UK and Germany plants, plus whatever is next in the pipeline plus expansions already in the works at all the current HyProMag facilities?

I know we regularly get excited on here before the price stalls for whatever reason, but it does feel like once this gets going the sky will be the limit. 1p or 2p increase doesn't mean much to me unless it is a sign that people are waking up to the huge potential of HyProMag.
