In4cedros, fully agree with your latest post and I also suspect the fall in share price is due to holders selling up due to the drop.

I suggested an RNS should be issued due to the share price fall since May 26

In4cedros, I have been counting the beans and I am sure there are significantly more sells than buys especially since that raise at a huge discount to the previous days share price, the price today is again down and no reason given despite falling about 35% since the raise, 19p on the bid as I type.

Anyway, i have just emailed Sintana, told them what i think and said they should inform everyone by RNS what is going on, clearly somthing is not right and shareholders need to know.

i will post if they email me back or if we get an RNS that is better than not communicating any matters that is significant, I think the fall in share price is significant and needs explaning.

In4cedros, I respect what you are saying and I hope you are correct but just checked Canada price and it was 36.25 and it has gone straight down since the open.

At the moment and until someone corrects me I would say something is not right here and smaller shareholders like many are the last to know, if the chart is correct its dropped about 45% since May 26.

The company should I believe put an announcement out clarifying the situation,

The problem is of course until this company start hitting targets, put details out about progress then the share price wont improve, its only when we get hard facts and progress that the share price will rise.

Bullitin boards may help people to buy and sell shares but only a minor effect, its news on progress that will shape the future and to be honest I have seen little this year, the raise in my view was at too much of a discount, a kick in the teeth for many.

The interviews with Bose & Eyton didnt inspire me but the projects did and hence why I still hold, just get a move on, I noted the employee numbers in the company were 3, not mny salaries then !!

Yet again another fall in Canada, Sintana need to wake up before this share falls too much.

Been a crap investment since they took over CEG.

CEG should have gone alone not sold but I won't be waiting like that crap BPC, actually didn't lose much there, always thought the drill was linked.

I appreciate your comments and I fully understand what you and others say, if I'm not confident sell up. I could do and that would be an end to what I think is a great opportunity. I was here for Bahamas and got out just but I thought when the new board took over with Eyton at the helm the past would change, and it did with CEG and especially with the injection of funds from Chevron. I was not happy when Sintana bought CEG out but thats all part of business and yes they are much bigger and possibly bigger opportunities but at present the share price does not say that, quite the opposite.

I said in earlier posts I am not a fan of Bose but it is what it is so we go forward, my beef really is that the potential is on the website but the company needs to turn the potential into actual success and not seen anything to date, the seismic as I said should have been first quarter now its 4th quarter, salaries paid no problem, a raise that was at 22p wow, nice if you could have been involved.

I am not going to sell up yet but I would like to see some real progress, not bloody updates or interviews which simply tell us what we already know, oil exploration is a long game but some success on what is happening would help.

We are not Chevron small things mean nothing to them but to Sintana it does, raise sets them up financially ok for now, but they could have raised more at a higher price, anyway thats enough from me. perhaps PEL may give us a lift !!

Ind4, Looking at the share price in Canada, its Been falling for some time time now. The price hit 51 in Canada now 38.

I have read all the potential projects but those and reality are miles away.

The salaries will be paid of course, nicely funded but its very poor to date, much lower and I will drop my holding, not many minnows make i thought this might be different but not looking great.

Should have gone alone as CEG and sold out by a buyer rather than Sintana, been awful so far.

Just read what Trump said a few hours ago, now says Iran deal not final ahead of formal signing, could go back to dropping bombs if he doesnt like the agreement.

Does the he know what he is doing, one minute its done, next day its back to not sure, Jesus.

I explained when I would sell, if it drops further, I didnt say how much further. I also said I would add if the circumstances were positive.

In4cedros, great to see your posts and believe me I have confidence in Sintana although I did buy all my shares with CEG at an average of 7.5p and approximetly purchased well over 200,0000.

I fully understand gas & oil companies take years to drill and produce but all successful ones put news out that is productive and shows progress, I havent seen much of that apart from the interviews, for example, the seismic at Off1 this initially was due first quarter 2026 now when is it 4th quarter 2026.

Keep hearing all great stuff about PEL 83 and all the other PEL but not much affecting the share price.

Like most judge the company by the share price and I have seen Sintana lose 30% of the share price since April 2026, thats a real concern.

I am not selling at the moment but if drops much more I will definitely sell, I got caught with eme, it wont happen again hopefully !!

If we got some news showing progress, I may add a further 100K but that seems some way off at the moment.

Interviews are good to listen to but talk is cheap, its progress on the ground that matters and to me not much in 2026.

Thank god I bought a stack of Rolls Royce at £4.26, today they hit £14 despite Trump.

I see some large trades at the end yesterday, they look like buys, I note Sintana down again in Canada, as ever this looks good but its going to be a long haul.

Some decent news would help and the raise diluted the price, I still think the dilution of 13% on the existing price at the time was too much and if you look at the price going back to mid April the price was falling a good month before the raise.

Anyway we are where we are, if you believe then hold or buy if not sell up, I am staying but not as confident as when we were CEG.

I see price dropped again this morning, still filtering through the raise, ok for those who got in at 22.5p.

I lost quite alot with eme another AIM share, fortunately most of my portfolio is now with Rolls Royce, Banking, M & S and a few others. I have one AIM share SEI with approx 100k shares.

I did note there are only 3 employees, the range of projects is well spread and I am aware that in the oil sector it takes time, I do hope its not one of these small oil companies that takes years pays good salaries and in the end sod left for shareholders.

The current raise and consequential fall back in share price due to dilution at 22.5p does not give me great confidence but I will hold for now.

Sintana Energy

I noted last week that Qatar Energy has farmed-in to another block offshore Uruguay, this time they are moving in to AREA OFF-4 which is outboard of AREA OFF-1 as you can see from the map below. AREA OFF-4’s participants are thus now APA (operator), Shell and Qatar Energy – an impressive line-up.

What is important to note is that some of the shelf-break structures on AREA OFF-1, which Chevron / Sintana have just shot seismic over, are believed to continue into AREA OFF-4, which also is thought to contains basin floor fans similar to those seen in Namibia. Seismic on AREA OFF-4 is scheduled to be acquired in the next seismic shoot season, in tandem with the remaining seismic on AREA OFF-1.

I view this as yet another very important validation of the current popularity of the acreage offshore Uruguay. Qatar Energy is making a big play in the area and are now positioned in three blocks and who knows whether they have finished yet.

I also note that on social media senior ANCAP personnel have indicated that there are potentially more farm-ins to follow, and judging by the noises from Sintana interest is substantial both from the wider industry players but also from those in adjacent blocks where contiguity looks very appealing.

I noted in my recent missive that there was much news to come and that Sintana, following its recent top-up funding which sees it through for at least two years, is extremely well placed to benefit from industry trends.

At 23p, well short of my somewhat conservative target price of 75p and in such a strong position, with an exceptional portfolio in some of the world’s most exciting basins and fully financed looks, Sintana looks to be a rare opportunity in the sector.
