Proper growth companies shouldnt be paying dividends in my opinion,,but by paying one shouldnt have a negative affect on the SP,,many funds/investors will not buy a share without a dividend,,i think this is in the minds of management,,who are shareholder savvy

this looks a great company,,but the SP is not cheap,,with a PE at 48,,although the growth is there..i am hoping to add when i can free up more funds,,i just hope i am not coming late to the party
