FFS literally points straight to the law at the top of their last positive trading update.

This is also not jist an aim rule, but also an FSA regulation and an EU Law (now UK law)

Not true @peoplepower, both directions constitute insider knowledge which can be traded on with the shareholders needing to be informed as soon as possible.

My guess is they are in one of two situations,

- They are in line within 10% of forecasts, which is still good.
- They are using the potential negative press as a reason to state that it would cause material damage and are limiting internal results to the two main founders who have already reinvested.

Either way, we will find out on the 30th and neither are bad situations.

@peoplepower I wish you would stop saying that, the did forecast a 108% increase via RNS prior to results.

Inferno, the market misprices all the time.

We are currently priced at risk. risk of another article before results, risk of bad audit results, risk of boohoo not handling correctly, risk of public outrage, etc...

Once all that risk is removed, a rerate will occur. We have taken the risk to believe in this stock, make no mistake, it is a risk. However hopefully all of the DD in this board has helped and pushed us to make the right decision.

Time will tell, but the reason I am here is that I believe.

dealer55 the questiosn you have to ask yourself then is,

- are most PI's invested for the long term?
- would your money be better invested over time in MSFT, SMT or any other big name brand.

Unfortunately you won't have any volume next week, so the algos won't trade you, which will mean the SP will be even more affected by every trade.

Actually I think the last point I said here was, why buy now and not wait until JB has finished selling, as would have an effect on the SP.

@Bricks92 was thinking the same thing, as the majority of the negativity, like talking about a class action suit, is just rubbish and would be aimed at the employers and not Boohoo, as they don't employ those people.

@shareexpert that is the long and short of what I got.

Telling us that there would be a trading forecast update would be very stupid on their part, however was worth a try.
