If you look at the US indices, pretty much everything is moving with the yield (opposite to it of course)

Yes on this one, and most gold dependant one alas. The US indices started of ok at open, but yes are dropping again with the Yield spike, also battering gold- how much auto-correction is in there is anyone's guess. On the ~50% drop from highs, yes a bit more alas, but moved with gold bar the big RNS Oct2020 issues.
Good luck to all whatever you do, we are all here to try to make money- we get these brutal times, time to time. Although I must admit, seems to happen here quite a lot recently.
I hold for reasons I've already stated, not overly exposed here, but of course I hate losing money, and this is painful!

The question on the markets all morning is will this be "buy the dip", "what will FED say today (nothing scheduled) or next week", "or will US markets continue down... been 50/50 all morning on futures in US, here's hoping it's "buy the dip"... no one wants a sustained pullback, we are a stock after all, and look what has happened historically here when this occurs... against markets is, of course, it's a Friday... the last thing we need with this current slide is sustained market issues.

Fingers crossed they are true to their word and that the news is positive and most importantly we get a rise in SP as a result- here's hoping and thanks to you and Siko for the post. I think I read this aa while ago, but forgot with this seemly never ending gradual erosion in SP here. Here's hoping... and keeping everything crossed.

Carnage? Bit strong, Asia following USA indices as per norm, were up yesterday, following USA up's for that day. USA futures all now in positive territory for now as I type. Kitco and gold- unsurprisingly positive, ftse down a bit. US 10year down a bit for once. Suffering a bit again for gold dropping...

For long termers, and especially in lockdown when we can't go out and do lots of things to stop us looking at BBs! Forums are always like this when you get constant drip, drop, drip, drop for days and days and days... it was all very different last summer! We are where we were ~3months ago, the gold price is too, as is the USD, as are most PMs... the US yield was .75%, currently almost double now.
All indices risen a lot (UK a bit less prob due to BREXIT angle).

Goldies have pretty done the same over the the past 3 months- I've been here many times over the years and up a lot over the years, this stock has moved inline bar the Oct2020 issues, the last month has been tough. Positive license news here, of course consolidation in this market would be a boon to recover in an instant, but it may never happen, or it may. The license news will definitely appear at some point. If a renegotiation of Sukari which I hope for could also happen at this time which I'm hoping for could be the reason for the delay here.
Fundamentals are key for me.
March 11th for FY2020.
For me, I hold, for the above, and do not need to sell at this low price.
