Following Asia market dipping and not catching US boost as normal from previous day- due to China "bubble" comment concerns.
However, VIX down and more stable- US futures improved, almost back to flat.

Investment comes in many forms but it is investment so I maintain why would this be oversubscribed?
As for Bristow, if I were to buy a car, a house, a business - of course I’d say no interest, bad time as prices are soooo low, things in trouble.... of course it’s a rough time for a while, but this is how these guys get the beat- be odd if they commented any other way- then when they buy at cheap price, they don’t alter what they said, they just big up the future and use long term etc. No one buys company’s on a whim, I’ve been involved in 2 sales in large business, a while in the planning, and successful business so bought for growth and future prospects (hence permits are key) - I maintain we are a target despite what Bristow says, and in fact, because of it.

We simply have to get this damn permit negotiation
done - I’m the fixing of Sukari as per plan (I think it’s conservative as well), expansion capability is the the game changer for us here and makes are very attractive especially at this price- bids always gain a premium when not a fire sale- and you don’t get a fire sale with 300m in the bank, a massive amount on this valuation not to mention the assets on top.

That probably means they are looking now :-). So really, he waits for a steady or better gold price, and then expects valuations to drop as the gold price steadies or goes up- what has he been drinking ?

Caveat:
The stimulus package needs to pass both the House and the Senate — which Democrats control by the smallest of margins — if it is going to be sent to Biden’s desk to be signed into law. Democrats have set themselves a deadline of mid-March, when the current round of emergency unemployment benefits runs out.

This is an interesting article, although I do read Kitco, I normally take with a pinch of salt, as way too optimistic (the reverse of Sotolo :-), only joking). The article is balanced, and clearly explains the issues last week, with potential outcomes- of course, no one knows, but hopefully with the FED due to comment again, the situation will not worsen.

For holders, 11MAR2021 is key for me, figures should be strong, interested on cost savings, and progress with remedial work on mine. Permit news I need too- I've mailed them twice since others got their permits, and got the same response, they won't commit on timeframe.

We have moved pretty much in line with other PMs since the 2 big hits on Oct2020- all the issues you list were known then and yet we moved up into the 130's and then back down again with markets and gold.

Unfortunately DaggerMal I simply don't know. I'm not chartist although do take the odd look.
I've stated the reasons I hold in previous posts if you're bored, scan through- they're pretty much echoed on the board, and lots of other good posts from people since the Oct2020 RNS'.
The SP, has broadly tracked other PMs and gold since the poor news in the Oct2020 RNS'.
I've traded many golds, so could swap, but at the moment the case is more compelling here in the light of imminent, potentially impactful, news down the track along with what's been communicated since the Oct2020 RNS' which caused the big drops.

Let's the US indices remain stable and are up by close. VIX is dropping so a good sign, for now. Hopefully not too much to ask for a reduction in 10Yr, so here's hoping.
Stimulus progress tonight, although that has largely fallen the wayside for gold benefit with these other indicators.

Brutal day on FTSE- if the US indices can end green- should be ok next week.
As for gold- need drop in 10yr and NO MORE spikes, they totally clobber gold.

And will watching the press for license news as promised, although as Moses1 and Mr T pointed out, will not be surprised if we hear nothing. But here's hoping Rebess and All.
