Think it's too early to tell Rich. But there was a lot of recent "Noise" that I don't think was coincidence. Nothing fundamental happened.

Never post on that board as it's a horrible place. But just looked to see what was happening and see someone has lifted one of my posts and is using it on there. I should be flattered I suppose but that is NOT me posting incase anyone reads both boards. and recognised it.

I am not currently trading it as I am still long. Will stay in till April then see what happens with that.

Instead of leaving with a big loss best to trade out of it. Which is very possible with this share due to its volatility.

Or take Mando for instance. He was on here before I joined and was always Uber bullish. He used to dig me out in the early days a bit like you are doing now. But in recent times even he has become more jaded. I like Mando posts as he is obviously a very intelligent man who expresses himself well. But this share has a way of dragging even the most bullish person down. Missed targets. No communication. Promises made that are never delivered. All prices rises solely on the back of "Rumours* and not company fundamentals. Just because we have become jaded doesn't make us "Paid Derampers working for hedge funds".

When you are in a share that has gone down from 2.35p to 32p wouldn't you be a little bit agitated by that? Most of it is my own fault for not being disciplined with my stop losses (I removed them twice against my own gut instinct)

As for the "Just selling up and moving on"argument I hear a lot. Would you sell up if you were say 60% down or would you hold on in the hope of at least seeing half the return back?

I think people opinions are formed based on where they bought in. I would be more bullish than SP28 if I had bought at 50p. I am less bullish now my average is 184. Which is why I believe that holders on big averages would be better served to trade the ups and sell on the downs.

Again all my own opinions and I might be very wrong with them.

My opinions sometimes differ from yours. Doesn't mean I am shorting anything. Just means we see it differently. That's all.

Ryan. You're not stupid. You are knowledgeable about how markets work. Why the hell would I be wasting time on here if I was working for a "Shorting institution"? I would be sat on a beach in the sun and not wasting my time on here for Christ's sake.

I find the consensus gives you an insight into where the market big boys see the share price. Not individual brokers as you get some weird ratings on both the upside and downside.

As I said earlier these targets will move based on the April results. It's just more interesting to me how individuals deal with these targets as I seem to remember that Citi had a higher target price and it was being rolled out on here as the "Correct" one.

For me it isn't if the forecasts are right or wrong. It's the psychology side of it. Targets above our buy in are right. But targets that go below our buy in price are wrong and brokers are all crooks

I think that economy has changed massively since those high forecasts first came in. Not to mentions inflation and interest rates

The consensus number is 68p according to Sharepad. As far as I am aware it has only once traded above that number in recent times.

If the next set of numbers are better then that consensus target will move.

Brokers move targets based on earnings and numbers Dalcan. When they first set that high price the numbers looked different don't you think?

Do you expect them to hold that target based on what the company has actually done in that time?

It's a simple question Matty. It's really an insight into the small private investors mindset. Believe broker forecasts ABOVE where they bought in. Think they are worthless when they are BELOW where they bought in.
