Running off to the USA to list won't change anything with this share. Short sellers will do the same as they have here to any company with governance issues that delivers 3 profit warnings in a row. That isn't an issue with the LSE. That's a THG Specific issue

Not to mention the rise to 68p is based on activists getting involved not anything the company has done. They gave 3 profit warnings

Problem with Canary is his time frame he uses.

You're all just paid derampers working for hedge funds who should sell out for a 90% loss and buy into another company.

I think his beef with the LSE is that currently you cannot join the premium segment if you have a golden share. If you read the stories around him giving up the GS it says something along the lines of " He is waiting to see the results of the LSE listing consultation". My speculation was that he is maybe waiting to see if the LSE is going to move in the duel class structure direction to encourage more owner/founder companies to list in London as it's been been rumoured. If so, he will be able to retain his golden share and still list on the premium segment and still retain his grip on the company.

Just my theory of course.

I am more interested in where this Sparta TR1 is. Has it gone down on the same ship that Boots was floated on?

It's good the activists are now putting the pressure on. This is what has been needed but couldn't happen while Mould had the golden share.

Still not convinced on Sparta yet and no TR1 has dropped but I shall defer to Okehurst on that one.

Still invested but undecided still. Waiting to see what April brings.

Just good to see an outside entity seeing what anyone could see if they really had wanted to.
