Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
VOD get, Surely it’s less strain on the other parts of the company as they don’t have to make up half a billion in loses. Won’t the dividend be covered by not having the big loses as these companies. How ever much they add to total income they are just a negative on. adding anything so profit.
People were predicting a 20-25% drop in price last year and they actually rose so if they are predicting a 4% drop how much will they rise by this time. If the interest rate is dropped to something sensible thiis year sales will fly in.
I’m stuck on wether to sell my Vodafone shares to put in here as I can always buy back into them at it’s current price but if this drops on the 10th?
It’s what will happen on the 10th, Are we getting to a price to trade or is it going to fly up from here? No one knows but there is still a couple of active shorts running here and on Bdev and Tw.
I’m hoping the next dividend will be a minimum of 40p as it still gives me just over £5k with that payment. I used to re invest my dividends into Psn but from now on I’m going to put them into either mng, lgen or phnx. As I want to build up an income source and if Psn hits £25 I’m selling probably most of them to put into those three companies as well. I’m hoping it happens within the next two years so I can start thinking about living off a dividend income.
As for second half sales I can only speak for my area of the country and I know that will be over the first half target but below expectations.
Your guess is as good as mine if this will lower the share or not so trade the share if you’re not bothered if you call it wrong.
Everyone I speak to is saying back to some sort of normality in 2025 so I’m going to keep adding to my Psn holding all the way up to £18
Psn housing sales aren’t really picking up and most of end of year figures will be made up by the social housing market. There are more price cuts on the way for the contractors in this year so market is still slow.
The share price will rise more on when the big buyers think rates are dropping and I think if you are in the market to buy a house you will just wait a few months to see if rates do drop so I think a slow start to the year?
To sell VOD has finally broken the 70p mark but for how long? technical indicators have also changed as Investing.com used to have this as a srong sell and now its changed to neutral. I know its not a great change but its still a positive sign that things are changing.
