If this deal is so good for them why aren't they talking much about it over on their bb.

Probably too embarrassed as they are getting it for such a small upfront payment and total consideration.

If I could be bothered I'd go back and work out what we could have earned from doing that deal.

Gas price one dyas deal announced $2.33 one dyas deal aborted $1.87.

Today's price $9.14.

Would have probably kept all helium shares.
Would have kept Ruvuma asset.
Would not have bought the pig poo plant.
Sp would have been at least 100 times current value.

So by the time you add on general running costs they are running at a loss and out of cash.
Can't ask prolific so not sure where the next lot will be coming from.
Perhaps they could ask for a credit note for fees unrendered.

$16 million is about a quarter of what it is worth given our costs spent to date.
They have sold it for next to nothing and not even recovered costs to date.

Seems their is no communications with anybody else either.
I assume we still have our stake.

Interesting that Aminex’s market value has increased today by more than out total market value.

The excuse was there were no other offers that matched WENS.

But to accept millions of dollars less than its cost just doesn't look right, and to make matters worse what we do get is spread over 2 years or more.

Results are out but they have until 30.09.22 to file at companies house.

I think that having said the deal strengthens the balance sheet doesn't seem right.
We are selling the asset for at least $4 million less than it has cost. So a further reduction in assets in the next accounts. The fact that we are not being reimbursed for past costs makes this deal look even more unfavourable than it already is.

I think if the sp was at or above what it was when they arrived they wouldn't be in the mess they are in now. Fundraising at 3p plus would have meant much less dilution and us retaining the asset.

He stated that there were no plans to delist to save on listing fees.
