I have contacted the liquidators to see if they can e mail me a copy.
Got £10k here 20 million shares.
The last straw was when they took their website offline.
I contacted nxt last year and got some very useful information.
I may start up a what’s app discussion group.

Imo our board could have tried a bit harder even trying to sell the company with millions in losses. An rto could and should have been done.
Let’s hope we get something back.

We still have the just under a million shares in nxt tec.
These should be held until such a time they can be sold.
They seem to be plodding along.
They just need to have an ipo.

The report has too much negativity about it.
Imo the company shouldn’t have wasted shareholders money on it.
We are currently generating a million a month in cash flow.
Production rates will slow over time but by that time how many millions more will be in the bank.
Mustn’t forget share buy backs and dividends.
Won’t be long before sp is back to its recent level if not more.

Just over 800 million shares traded so far in September nearly 20% of total shares in issue by volume.
Could be an interesting few months ahead.

Well not much luck with others.
Had a quick look at business model and thought let’s have a small investment here.
With the cost of gas and electric in the news they are certainly in the right market.
They just need to move at a faster pace.

The million at .032 is a buy.
Looked at fundamentals here.
Could get very interesting if they can get into boilers for houses and businesses using the technology they have developed.
Would be a very cheap acquisition for a larger company imo.

Looking at about £300k input vat over the years from gneiss fees alone.

$3 million only £2.5 million.

Basically an asset that has cost us at least $25 million has been sold for $3 million which we won’t get for months and the rest by 2026/27/if we are lucky.
Completely clueless board but why bother even mentioning it as we have all known that for years. Wouldn’t be surprised if the fees and costs involved exceed the $3 million we will eventually receive.

Which may just cover cash in the bank and helium shares. Ruvuma valued at nothing which after the initial fees and costs is probably about right.

Completely useless from the start.

Our mc was in excess of £20 million when they took over with the Ruvuma horse hill and helium assets in place. We now have virtually no assets left no money and a mc of £1.7 million.

Aminex mc is 28 times ours.

We were about a third of theirs two years ago.

How much lower does the share price have to go before they realise that they have screwed everything up.
