WEN think they have got it cheap.
However, they have to find about $50 million in about 2.1/2 years.
About $16 million to us and at least another $30 million to develop all before much income has started coming in.

Although the deal is bad for us it could be they have bitten off more they can chew given all of their income is derived from one well which may not produce so profitably in the future.

I assume WEN shareholders still have to vote the deal through.

What's to stop WEN selling it on to make a few million. How do we know that they haven't already got a buyer.
