The one good thing about a members voluntary liquidation is that all debts are settled and the shares in nxt tec will be held separately until such a time they can be sold hopefully for a much larger sum than shown on the accounts.

Should rerate to 2p plus come end of June financing in place.
I know it is a couple of years until first production and income but the market always looks months if not years ahead. Investors will want to get in as soon as possible.

Regarding the stock going up it has gone down constantly since February 2020 since the aborted deal.

Sold more yesterday so now only holding a few hundred thousand here.

Imo the board should resign before they are voted out.

Perhaps if both boards would have got of their backsides and got kiliwani up and running neither company would be in the situation they are currently in.

Regarding the Helium share sales monies.

That was about £3.5 million plus what we already had in the bank and £2 million from prolific.

Imo we are at least £3 million unaccounted for, although I think most of us know where it has gone.

Costs reduced further.

The wording coming months seems to give the impression that they are working hard on a deal
or deals. Hopefully the wait will not be too long. They need to take a small stake in a producing field even if it’s only a few hundred barrels a day. At $100 a barrel it soon adds up.

If we got $15 million for it that would just about cover our costs incurred the last 10 years so that would be giving it away for almost nothing.
Would any potential sale be increased by a reimbursement of costs incurred to date?
