Mellon and Bailey control over 20% of the shares so they can get things moving when they want.

Anyone can get this info by looking under investment policy on the company website. With these highly motivated directors now on board things are looking very interesting in the near future IMO.

Apparently the company has until 3rd November 2015 to change its investment policy otherwise the companies shares will be suspended. Under 5 months away so things should start happening vey soon.

Only invested a few days holding a million but very happy that things are moving along fairly quickly. The company states a change of investment strategy. Market capitalisation very small so any good deals may have a very good effect on the sp. As you say exciting if not interesting times ahead.

Could be any investments get pooled together and put into 3 legs. Probably a name change on the cards.

Increased holding this. Got fed up with the other investment sold another 8 million this morning.

Jim mellon mentioned in rich list 2014 as being worth in excess of £800 million. Maybe some of that money will be invested to grow the company.

Def something on the cards.

Maybe a farm out partner has been found or a buyer for one of the licences held. Of course it could just be a retrace after the recent falls. There is still money in the bank little debt. Company owns various licences. So not quite the dead duck that some people think it is.
