What a great RNS ... brilliant. Excellent progress.
Worth a top of anyones money.

".... to see if there are any equivalent companies to Tern out there"
Nothing as outstanding as what Tern with its investee companies have to offer. I know the focus is on DA, but the rest of the stable also have massive potential. In particular Wyld and its tech could out perform DA.
TEK has an interesting portfolio of companies. Owning big % of their investees. One in particular being a company called Guident. It has a small m/cap which could catch fire one day and Ive been invested for some time.
However if I had too choose which one I would topup, then it would be Tern, even with the recent surge, its investee companies are so much more impressive.
A further tech share worth a look at is ENET (not an investment vechicle though) ... great posters on the BB, impressive IP in a massive market. Plus its m/cap is tiny and doesn't reflect the huge potential.
GLA
Im not selling any Tern though and will only review the situation at first buyout or IPO of one of their investment companies.
Taken from the other BB:
"Darron Antill CEO Device Authority has always maintained that DA's patents create a monopoly in the scaling/speed of the encrypting/securing of IoT devices. This is encapsulated in his statement "Use us or do nothing". Biden's Executive Order mandates that all US Federal IoT has to be encrypted/secured within 180 days. It has been established by Intel that it takes on average c.20 minutes to manually encrypt/secure an IoT device. So it is expensive to do this in labour cost and time terms. The US Federal IoT estate of devices, they'll have - hundreds of millions - could not be encrypted/secured manually in 180 days as the time and cost would be too great. It is impossible. DA's solution is the only viable alternative."
Put a value on that?!
If Tern were, today, listed in the US then the m/cap woùld be in the billions. Nevertheless I think it will reach that kind of valuation and in the not too distant future.
Many are talking about DA being purchased by the likes of MS, Intel, AWS etc, but my preference and expectation is a US IPO with some of these titans of the IOT/CLOUD sector each having a 10% stack. I just think what DA offers is becoming seen as such critical architecture to the safe functioning of IOT and cloud networks that for any one company to purchase DA would upset the competitive balance between the major players.
Then we have Fvr, Wyld, INvma and TM. What stable of thoroughbreds.

And here is a further reason for the price movement and future big increases. Governments are now taking IOT security very seriously.

Watch the presentation and then make your decision.

Make an informed decision.
Fully agree with you M_Night et al and to those potential investors who may be looking in and thinking why the recent significant rise in the share price then make yourself a coffee and take a chocolate biscuit and watch the following presentation. Also watch with knowledge that DA and FundamentalVR did not present, but both are massive players in their billion dollar markets.

The rise in the share price has been a long time coming, but it is a combination of great tech, an excellent corporate presentation now viewed by many and finally a few very recent, high profile hacks/ransom demands against national infrastructure.
IMO the 5 investee companies are worth multiples of todays market cap.
... and in the bin you go

The time is coming when it will be a legal requirement for every critical service to employ the best ... get DA now!
Hi tqhussain, unfortunately I share your condition, i.e. psoriasis. It is horrible and Im currently suffering a significant flareup. I too have enrolled with STC and consider the whole of DVRG as offering great opportunities.
Whilst I am not invested I am closely following the progress of SBTX who are running an interesting trial linked to the treatment of psoriasis. Fingers crossed they are successful. All the best.
A very interesting watch ... an interview with a former MM (2 part interview). I was left with the impression that an MM's primary objective is to make their market, for their primary goal to make as much profit for themselves. So on that basis short term ups and downs are of little importance. Instead the primary focus should be towards the company and what it is doing and how it is progressing. In the case of ENET progress continues to impress.

And so the attacks carry on ... Get DA now!
Ireland's health service has closed down its computer systems after what it described as a "significant ransomware attack".

So they paid up , but what else could they do, other than get on the phone to DA and make their system secure from future attacks.

Having paid the money, that will only encourage more attacks ... GET DA now.
Taken from the other BB, I hope the author doesn't mind me coping it here. I think it sums up the situation very well. "In America there are 6000 hospitals each with an average of 70,000 health devices needing securing. That is 420,000,000 devices. If DA received USD1 per year for each device that would give DA a minimum enterprise value of USD 4 BILLION, equivalent to 400p for each share of Tern after dilution, bonuses etc. Add in the medical devices for the rest of the world and the industrial element of the whole world and your calculator breaks. OK, so that is the starter. The main course is WYLD Connect accompanied by WYLD Mesh. USD 132 BILLION satellite market now being worked by hungry signed up worldwide partners. Just 1 percent of this market makes WYLD worth GBP 10 BILLION - about 2000p per Tern share after dilution and well deserved bonuses. WYLD Mesh may end up equally as large. And just in case your appetite is not satisfied, FVR is up for desert, TM for after dinner top top shelf liquors and INVMA to give your server their biggest tip ever."
Good find BB. I did not realise the listing was that quick. I was under the mistaken impression the admission onto AIM was scheduled for Autumn.
Will be interesting to see how well received the placing will be with institutional investors.
"Apparently the hackers gained access through an IoT sensor." That would not be surprising. I believe a few years back Iran were have problems with their power plants catching fire and after some investigation it was believed either the Americans or Israel were hacking their networks by targetting the sensors.
It further shows the huge importance of everything attached to networks. IOT along with 5G then 6G and so on is only as good as the security that protects it. DA provides that security and appears the number one choice of the very top tech companies.
