On Companies House website you generally find information about who runs companies ie Directors.
if you do a search on RMS you don't get Directors listed, the only entity listed is Pharm2farm (no Cloudveil or Gyrometric).
Click into P2F and you get 4 directors (3 new BoD plus RMS as 4th).
Anyone else find this strange - how its all been reported to C.House?

I've just sent the link to my MP asking him to see how many of the top Govn advisors know about these masks.
My aspiration is Boris/Matt/Chris mentions them on the daily briefing because we need more publicity which imo seems to be being withheld deliberately because of the warrant issues.

Strikes me though that the new BOD could defeat this be releasing news to increase SP instead of tepid news.

@TLM - I've already sent a secure message to HL but not had a reply yet - 2 weeks for HL to accept your request seems far too long imo.

@TLM - understand that but HL are asking for 2 weeks notice also from the date of the EGM.

@andip85 - don't disagree with your figures but its the 2 weeks notice from Brokers that might screw us.

Am I correct in thinking no-one knows who all the Placees were as at 400 million there should be an audit trail not hidden from Shareholders or am I being naive? How do we know it hasn't all been diverted into another holding company in Switzerland?
