Has the date of the EGM/AGM been announced as it was supposed to be before the end of January and 2 weeks notice was required which says to me it can't happen in Jan (unless I've missed the announcement)?
Hi Padfoot - Thank you for taking the time to explain in plain English the warrant issue - it certainly does need to be voted down as thats a massive dilution that does not benefit us PI's.
Maybe this is why we have not had any positive RNS from the new board. I'll explain why. If PI's have several million shares (which i know many have) the temptation would be to sell out once they had doubled/trebled (insert your own figure) and its not beyond the bounds of possibility this share could hit 10p within a month. Where would the 25% come from then?
(VLS went to 16p when a Govn minister mentioned them by name so if this is the breakthrough we think its not impossible it could get a name check in the daily briefing).
I wonder if the good news is being held back until the warrant issue is resolved?
@ Padfoot........great post.
Can you please clarify something for me.
I keep reading the old BOD (ex GC) have sold all their shares so presumably they can no longer vote yes to the warrants?
I completely understand why we need to vote them down but wondering who is going to vote them in if they are no longer shareholders? Is the default position yes to the warrants until 25% say no? Do they just benefit the old BoD?
Sorry if its a stupid question but it keeps churning round in my head.
@Warleb ......Yes it can be done and you could be described as being brave.
If RNS had dropped you would have been out in the cold.
It was a gamble and it paid off this time but very risky.
Hi,
Newbie and downloaded link for the support today.
Amazed how many are still writing their details on that link without downloading 1st.
I've seen lots of personal data today on this form and emailed various peeps to warn them.
Please DOWNLOAD before you fill it in.
Cheers,
Steve
What happened to all the deleted posts about the possible sale of "Spirit"?
Google has this up 5.6% yet HL say its down 0.67%.......work that out?
IAG shares dropping 30% wont help
For someone to buy nearly half a million at the close last week i'd say you may be correct.
very fishy if you ask me.

Why are there so many sells going though as "A" today........seems unusual?
Fanciful thinking but someone like Elon Musk will put a giant mirror in space so that the world will never be in complete darkness so we can capture more solar power. Another 20yrs and every major city will also have its own nuclear power plant imo.
Thank you Thurg!!
We just had our Sodium street lighting replaced with LED and its like the light output has been reduced 70% so yes we will save electric but accidents and crime may well increase because of it.
So it would have been more accurate for the Minister to say "We are supporting 1 company with 2 sites" then?
Why would the UK Gov fund a plant in the USA when it wont step in the help Rolls Royce?
To help overcome barriers to the production of sustainable fuels for aviation on a commercial scale, the Department’s Future Fuels for Flight and Freight Competition (F4C) makes capital funding available. As part of the competition we are currently supporting two projects to build plants capable of supplying advanced fuels for use in aviation.
We know one is Immingham but where is the other?
The points you have all made are excellent but I'd like to add 1 more.
Where do you think landfill goes and now the exporting of it is banned and the dangers of burying it are becoming known it makes even more sense to turn it into something useful.
Win-win for all.
