Xviolet - you must have a very short memory - let me remind you of an RNS from 22nd Feb which was 116 days ago.

Existing Shareholders who hold shares in the Company and are on the register of members as at the close of business on 21 February 2024, will be given a priority right to participate in the Broker Option and all orders from such Existing Shareholders will be accepted and processed by Peterhouse, subject to scale-back in the event of over-subscription under the Broker Option. The Company and Peterhouse at their discretion may decide to increase the amount of the Broker Option to meet demand. The Broker Option has not been underwritten. Peterhouse is entitled to participate in the Broker Option as principal.

I think its really telling that we have had an average of an RNS a week for past 6wks that last year would have had us up between 4-5p region and yet whatever good news the incredible IB team keep delivering, our Master of Ceremony can't get the share price to increase past the 1.5p option price because of his meddling.

Tyke - in all seriousness if we have a shareholding of 221.7m shares how come only 68m were counted - does that mean all the nominee accounts were excluded?

Elartu - apologies this is not strictly speaking related to IQAI but about data security you worry about.

Within the last year, I lost my wife of 27yrs and she spent the last year of her life in hospital before she passed. The nurses there had a hospital ipad and they took photos each week of her bedsores which were getting continually worse. When someone was really concerned they called the top nurse down 9she had a red uniform and had her own office) she agreed they were unacceptable but then took some photos from a phone she pulled from her own pocket. She admitted it was her own private phone but would only forward the pics to the same place the ipad ones were stored. Point I'm probably not making very well is that I know what she did broke every data law ever written but her intentions were honourable. You can put as many rules or procedures in place you want but if someone is very busy they will always find a quicker way regardless of the rules - or not do the task at all because of all the hurdles.

I personally think this is exactly what has happened here - there is no doubt we have a good team with great players (IB) but we have a manager who puts himself before the team.

In the past 3 weeks we have had 5 good RNS's that prior to Jan would have propelled the share price towards 5p but each and every one hasn't moved it beyond the 1.5p option price.

If there was not an AGM in next week, how many of those RNS's do you think would have actually been released?

He knows he's up for re-election, and like Khan he'll get back in regardless of how many votes are cast, but I think he's rattled and that is why we have had so many in quick succession to try and improve the sp before the agm.

The Fifth Amendment also protects criminal defendants from having to testify if they may incriminate themselves through the testimony. A witness may "plead the Fifth" and not answer if the witness believes answering the question may be self-incriminatory.

TB and Fab own 65m shares which is just under 1 million so at some point he's going to want to realise some money from these. Selling them at 1.5p is meaningless unless he drives the price down for his next CLN at 1p.

This is petty cash money to big pharma so you would think it would be on someones radar by now.

Interesting that Stonechecker is on ice (after a letter of intent) but yet there are 2 employees working there each year since its mothballing?

The accounts don't make deductions obvious but amounts falling due are the same each year £74k - wonder if someone is taking a wage from it each year?

A normal AGM you could turn up and ask these questions but I have my doubts the MD will be there in Jersey.

In March 2018, IQ-AI Ltd acquired Imaging Biometrics, LLC, a Wisconsin USA-based healthcare imaging software company. In addition to providing regulatory consulting services, Imaging Biometrics supplies medical technology solutions and has a strong neuroimaging product portfolio. This is the second acquisition made by IQ-AI in the medical imaging space after acquiring Stone Checker Software Ltd in 2017.

Note the 2nd acquisition by IQAI in 2017.

According to Companies House, Trevor Brown from Switzerland was a Director of Stone Checker Software Ltd in 2015.

So basically IQAI bought it off Trevor - wonder who did the due diligence there?

They have lost sight of the importance of the company’s IP. This could eventually be of enormous benefit to a large number of seriously ill people.

I agree - if I was his age I would want to do something remarkable to be remembered in a good way (curing seriously ill people) and not play fast and lose with these companies - after all there must be a reason he chose Switzerland to live with their confidential banking laws.

I posted earlier about BRH and was told it wasn't too relevant but I disagree as it shows a pattern of behaviour.

They had sold a sector of their portfolio and the shareholders were waiting for a special dividend which never happened.

Instead the money was used to buy shares in Autins and now BRH has had its asset value trashed and its share price decimated. (sound familiar?)

The problem with 1 person having so much power in several unrelated companies is that they should remain separate but IQAI do not borrow money off the market like normal companies but from their MD (who decided that I wonder) so without a non executive Director to make sure their are no sleight of hand tricks going on is it any wonder people get suspicious?

Maybe today is a practical demonstration that when the lth voice their concerns publicly we have a sign from God to show us who wields the power?

To make money here he needs the sp to increase, that is what we are all waiting for. For him to succeed means we have the opportunity to succeed as well.

What you say about NNN is true, it happened, but it was the scientist with the ip that asked the other shareholders to vote him out and we obliged and TB walked away. Unfortunately his replacement was a limp lettuce who promised the world and delivered nothing until the cash ran out.

But I agree with the sentiment it is a genuine dilemma - we have a MD who manipulates companies he is in charge of to always come out of it smelling of roses himself whilst the lth lose money but with the hint the big deal is always around the corner.

xviolet - I agree with your sentiments but if only things were RNS'ed to read and make valid judgements. Most of the info these days flows down via X, Linkedin or other social media platforms - the official methods seems to share very little info on a regular basis. We are always left looking for clues ourselves.

What is certain is the guys at IB are doing a great job ( just as GC was doing at NNN) but we need a MD to work for the shareholders as well as himself which many people are struggling to see at the moment. Trevor could talk to us and share his visions with us but I see nothing - only share price rises (after info only he knows is released) followed by his family selling.

I have a lot of skin in this game and genuinely don't know the answer.

I have lost all faith in Trevor Brown. Whether by design or default he has destroyed the company.... But he continues to make himself richer. Its us investors that always get screwed. I think its high time he stepped down and allow someone else to take over... Whoever takes over cannot be any worst than TB.

Do we really want to vote him in for another term knowing all the stunts he is pulling everywhere?
