RE: Play the Company not the man19 Jun 2024 10:22
Without the headroom resulting from the share sales you refer to Fab could not have participated in the fund raising at all, and it would have failed, judging by the lack of interest in the broker option and modest take up of the placing
This statement would be funny if it had not cost me £70k. (Paper loss)
There was no interest in the broker option because there was no option for ordinary people to participate in the fundraise. No-one was given the opportunity.
When the share price was 4p, knowing that funding was needed, there could have been a proper discounted fundraise to include existing shareholders (instead of just alleging there was one (at 1.5p) and I'm damn sure it would have raised more that the paltry £170k - remind me how much FAB made selling at 4p to buy back at 1.5p?
