Highlights from AGM presentation
WIMC β 2,500 Tetis Orders Already Agreed. While this is international the big market seems to be focused in Brazil at present.
Xplosive cattle monitoring β Continued deployment throughout the year. Cattle theft amounts to $2BLN worldwide.
CropX β Fundraise technically complete, further discussions are underway regarding the next phase / increased orders.
Zero Motorbikes β Helios developed and installed in EVERY Zero SR/F bike made as standard.
Pinnacle β Additional 6,000 units already agreed (possibly for vehicle monitoring in East Africa as per references within previous RNSs).
Cubemonk β Kylos Air trials completed, first order delivered and further orders expected, Cubemonk wanted to have 4000 units installed by the end of 2019, which would be a 10 fold increase on the initial 300 units purchased in Q1 2019.
Bosch β Just globally launched TDL140 which they call their "Freight Guard" product with STAR kylos technology in the heart of every unit. Recently also granted DO 160 certifications for Air Cargo Tracking which is crucial for seamless land, air and sea IOT tracking and also adheres to increasingly strict FDA, I.A.T.A and F.A.A guidelines on the transport of high value or temperature sensitive goods and cargo.
North African Helios vehicle contract β Equipment has been delivered following payment in May 2019 β further orders expected, possibly up to a value of $2.5mln as per Nov 2018 RNS.
ICL β ICL is a multi $BLN agrochemical company listed in New York and Tel Aviv Initial order of 1,000 Helios has been delivered in Q2 2019 to monitor chemicals such as bromine. ICL own a further 49,000 tankers/containers and in the global market there are 500,000 tankers/containers to be targeted, each unit is possibly $400-500 per unit so this represents a huge opportunity including SaS recurring revenues. E.g 10,000 units over next 12mths Could be $4mln -5mln plus SaaS revenues.
Collaborations
Wouldnβt be surprised to see further collaborations perhaps as it was later stated that Bosch was invested in ICL, we know they are invested in Zero and Cropx and STAR make reference to these in their March 2019 full results.
Zero Motorbikes
Concerning Zero the directors couldnβt speak highly enough of them. CEO was particularly excited when we come out of the initial 2yr upfront SaS and we may have the customers coming to us directly for SaS and thoughts are the company could charge in the region of $5-10 per month per bike potentially.
Supply chain
Due to increasing demand, they have now got manufacturers in other locations to reduce the cost of products instead of it purely going through their previous single manufacturer in Taiwan. It is clear that work has been done behind the scenes to ensure we are not at the mercy of one manufacturer in one country which lessens risk and reduces cost.
African contract Nov 2018
They did make clear is that the Client is already talking to them about extending the ag
