Guz, I don't think we've had anything to do with Besiktas since 4 months ago when we were involved in a one-off tournament with them via IGS. Besiktas teams and PUBG will be hosting and streaming tournaments or just regular games of some form or another on a daily basis, most of them will be free-standing with no input from externals like IGS or us. I know as I used to compete in esports for Siege and CoD. Given the PR before the event we held months ago, I would think we would have seen additional PR from both MOS and IGS if we had been involved in further live streams or competition hosting not to mention that pur branding hasn't appeared in any others.
I may be wrong but my take is that the first part of our agreement with IGS was specifically focused on the Besiktas PUBG tournament as a single event while potentially planning future events like Battleriff.
Well run events in the esports industry make millions in up front money and millions in the sale of memorabilia, Skins, limited edition items etc. If we help with even 1 or 2 decent events per half year, we'll do well.

I think so Draft. Nobody cares about monkeys, millions of fans care about Dani A and other league players.

I emailed Nigel last week and recieved a response today regarding a number of questions either included here, in the telegram group or messaged to me privately.

I asked about China, Nigel responded that there hasn't been any real action there as the lockdowns in various city locations are still very much a really issue (I had a quick google and he's right, I can see why we are avoiding a volatile area which very much has other priorities right now). He did however state that there is currently no spend going on there so it's not like it's burning any hole in our pocket.

I asked about our workforce and our team size given that we clearly have our fingers in many pies and we have multiple areas to focus on. I asked if he could give a breakdown of employees doing different roles etc. how much is outsourced. I also asked in relation to this, how much of the content for NFTs will need to be created by us and how much is supplied by PUMAS.
He responded that the content is PUMAS but its mostly created collaboratively for NFT purposes. The business already has a number of long term contractors that we outsource specific work to but a few more will be added including in Mexico. He specifically stated that we do not need to add employees to make this all work. I didn't get a breakdown of team numbers or who does what but given that we outsource a lot by the sounds of it, I'm not surprised.

Finally, I nudged for an update on potentially when we might get to see our first NFTs released. I didn't get a direct response for this (I'm guessing he can't give me an exact detail for obvious reasons) however he did say that the contract should start delivering revenue 2-3 months after starting. My interpretation of this is that we should be able to expect NFTs sometime late Aug or September.

We are not and have never been 0.0026p therefore From is correct and Disciple has missed his decimal by 2 point...

ME has said it on more than one occasion, fairly sure it was in at least one of the presentations from earlier this year. You'll also get that answer if you email the BOD, something which I've advised you do on many an occasion Amtech as it's the fastest way to at least get some answers and clarity.

It's almost as if you don't know how to research or watch a presentation sometimes. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to help but I'm not going to sit here and do it all for you.

Admittedly, we're not sure if they payments are made 1 month in the future from work being done so we're not yet sure if the largest payment is likely to be June or July. I'm sure we'll get an update soon though.

I'm sitting at 0.18 average and 0.24 average across 2 ISAs so I'm not complaining. 10 years from now when there will be even more pressure for waste-energy conversion, it'll be worth multiples of where we are now I reckon. As I say though, happy holding for decades as this is a retirement stock.

Again Guz, I'm clearly holding for retirement as per my comment above. Couldn't give a toss about the SP today. As we both have with MOS, I'll be using it to further buy in on the cheap.

As for your post above, Battleriff hasn't happened yet,
FANZINE is an agreement but there haven been any deals with their clubs to the best of our knowledge yet.

As evidenced by the most recent JIO and PUMA deals, these things clearly take months to get across the line let alone build up regular recurring income.
You do sound like you have an axe to grind with the BoD here sometimes. I reckon if you sat and listed all the positives compares to any and all perceived negatives you have experienced with the company, you'd perhaps realise you may be giving an otherwise hardworking and delivering BoD a hard time.

Come on Amtech, $500K per month up from $150k per month for the months prior (we assume Jan, Feb and Mar circa $150Kpm).
You could be right by September update or December update with these most recent contracts but given the past 6 months has clearly been working to get these monesters across the line, I'll be happy with circa $170K - $180K per month at next update and then expect significant leaps after that. Give them a chance to settle in.

Well we were told the remainder of the placing money back in march would go on to big ticket items... we were all getting impatient when what do you know, a big ticket item appears and we have PUMA.
We were told we were working with JIO, we all started getting impatient, then what do you know, we announce a big agreement with JIO regarding their cricket app 7 months after initial discussion started.
We agreed a deal with IGS. It took 6 months for them to establish it was clearly working for all parties involved, IGS has signed up for another 6 months minimum and at an even higher figure than before...

I expect soon we'll hear about contracts through the likes of Fanzine because, again, these things take time.

I really don't know what more the company has to do to evidence that big contracts with big businesses take time.

What it does show is that the patient among us have been right to respond that "it takes time" It's hardly like the company isn't delivering. Yes there are questions unanswered but I'm interested about our journey from A to Z. If we happen to not stop off at every letter along the way, I don't care. I just want to get to Z as fast as we can.

I have no idea what stage the deals are at, for all we know there may already be some close to the line and that has prompted us to agree something more substantial with the agencies. That would make sense, no?

The only reason I see ME doing a deal like this is because he has a hitlist of clubs he wants these guys to get us in with and given the current audience and where our strengths lie, these would likely be in South America and would likely be decent sized clubs.

Excellent news this morning to hear that we've signed a couple of heavily incentivised deals with the same organisations that got us in with PUMAS.

This tells me several things.

It tells me that we're expecting deals like the PUMAS one to become the norm.

It tells me they are profitable enough that we are willing to hand away some substantial incentives

It tells me that we have a lot of faith in both the agencies as well as them having a lot of faith in us.

To me, this is a huge confidence boost. The fact that 2 partners are willing to wait a year before realising payment and the fact that payment relies so heavily on their own performance is a huge deal.

People complaining about dilution but I'd rather we paid these guys in share, had them properly incentivised, producing big deals etc. that will ultimately value us far higher than we would without.
When we get the revenues in from these deals, when we hit profitability (which I think we will do this year), when the companybstarts getting bigger names wanting to invest in us and when we eventually get bought over, all because of a small proportionate sacrifice right now, I don't think many will still complain of the dilution. Pretty much every AIM company relies on dilution or placings at some point. It's a fact of life.

Maybe people need to reinvestigate why it's called the Alternative Investment Market and realise this option is open to companies precisely for this reason.

@Guzzler, I've had a look and there are a number of companies I have in fact invested in (none that you've mentioned) which have performed well over the years with the support of a proper PR team. Some of these have fallen again due to current market conditions.
Having looked at your named shares though, you've probably picked some of the most volatile companies in the most volatile sector there is so it sound more like being guilty by association in an industry that can turn on its head faster than you can snap your fingers. If you've lost money because of this then I'm sorry but MOS is a completely different industry to mining and metals.
If anything, it sounds like you're blaming your loses (if you've been invested in the shares you named) on a PR company rather than it potentially being a difficult and volatile sector to get right or potentially on your own bad decision...

Either way, I'm glad we have a reputable PR company with team members who are actively engaged and experienced and I look forward to seeing what they can do for MOS
