as predicted this will just drift down and down until no bid materializes. thg is an exceptionally dull company now and not what was promised at IPO (high growth disruptor)
why would Apollo want it?

inorganically (ie without disposals) they are miles off achieving CFC neutral (up to 100m off it), so they have to sell assets and inventory to fudge it
was an ok update apart from that, but that point is so important, it ends as a very poor update

oh pearls/ monimon/ SP28, you would hope THG goes up today. if there is no interest before a pivotal FY results, or worse, it drops, I think you know things aint good, esp as THG is more leaky than the titanic

City spy actually thought the Q4 update was good (its in one of his tweets) - says it all really

my concern is that before each of the last 4-5 trading updates we are now getting lower and lower SP the day we go into them i.e. Q4 we were at 76p ish, no chance we are getting anywhere near this for the FY, for Q3 the same, this time last year, over 100p

and any rise we have is algoed into - even in the last 2 mins from mid 66p to mid 65p

its going to take a lot of amazing updates to correct this IMO

quite the opposite, the CEO reports into the board, and is never consulted on board members. that is the role of the chairman. it obviously doesnt help mould was/is the ceo, chairman, majority shareholder, GS holder, landlord...many of the many reasons the City is allergic to this company
