SP was 67p/70p pre announcement so i think the 150-160p is reasonable to expect

yeah momentum has totally gone which is logical on no news. clearly with positive news we will re-attempt 100p,and with no news we will drift with peer set (like we are today with boo and asos)

so we still think Sparta have moe than 1% ownership cos leaving it quite late to declare.

boohoo is currently around there and THG has been materially higher in SP than that dog for a long while now, so at worse it may go to 60-70p. on reflection there are a lot of positive signs that suggest a deal; 1/ apollo can easily easily afford it, 2/ Mould has to sell (surely the stress of LSE is hurting his personal life), 3/ mould will lose THG once GS goes which is 100% sept so its his final chance salon, 4/ newspaper are suggesting its a goer - they never ever did for King St, let alone the joker that was Candy, 5/ and thebiggest... SHORTS are closing hard esp MW and Citadel...the other shorts are quant jokes

not sure anyone has FOMO, you can buy as many shares as you want. did a dummy buy at 250k (easy), did a dummy sell at 100k (nego offer). there is a big seller in the background. those results were an absolute horror show. debt reduction was only achieved through a 100m reduction in stock/ asset value dropped by 1/3 of a billion. Q1 is negative growth. finance and lease costs going up. management have no idea what maintenance capex is. CEO is still ranting like a madman. brokers about to reduce their guidance prices. apollo not indicated they will bid. SP down from 97p to 75p

some dillution in less than a year on vert very s hit results. cant believe these incentive shares are allowd to be given out after those results

today has shown just how strong and how good the shorts are at their job. every penny has become a resistance, but they easily moved it from 90p after the analyst call to 80p without any issue, whilst PI sold out.
THG has to (i repeat has to) go private - its literally a joke and shorts will never stop this. the issue is will a potential buyer be able to work with moulding, who seems odd to say the least (why wear a 200k watch as you announce a distsater update - no humility at all)
