Thanks Bob, they did you are right. but they still plan to spend 80m+ on intangible on ingenuity. could be great to see this halved. i m ok with tanglible capex like factory, automation, warehouse etc

FFS, no one is questioning automation. it is clearly good shown in reduced logistic costs. we are questioning ingenuity intangible capex of 80m. i despair

Whales needed yes, or just reduce capex to minimum needed until customers are landed. 80m+ capex on an ebitda of 5-10m is bad management

Ingenuity commerce makes 150m revenue/ few million ebidta vs capex per year of 80m. surely better to shut it down. hard to see what softbank saw it in, easy to see why they pulled out of it

Being sold down on rumours ingenuity a busted flush. odd, as no analysts give it any value. but 80m capex it wastes aint a good look

Sorry ignore me, 170m RCF is not included in FY 22 number, so makes sense as cash is reduced by -40m or so, explained by debt repayment and biossance buy.

Cash and cash equivalents:

Q4 23 trading update (so effectively unaudited FY 23) 33cl multipacks = 600m

FY 22 =474m (this included the 156m bank borrowings + 170m RCF)

So it seems cash and equivelents is up +126m. how is this possible if they have repaid 25m of the bank borrowings, and also 15m for biossance, if they are only FCF break even?
