Easiest way would be take private, get away from glare of public market and relist divison by division over next 3-5 years, starting with Nutrition. not sure he has backers or money to take private?

The share moves down too fast to be an investment. its a roulette table. Dec was 85-90, then it crashed to 70p then it crashed to 61p
