100% agree with hereshoping. This is the most manipulated share going so if left on the market, it will be at the mercy of the market/ bots/ alsgos.
Best thing is PE takeover - don’t care who as long as it’s north of circa 2.3/2.5

are you guys not concerned this has fallen from day high by 14p, it is barely holding 140 and RNS are showing that huge amounts of shorts existed among the banks ie they had no confidence it was going to do well

cant believe they even had the cheek to turn it red for a second - thats almost rubbing ones face in it. in a day all indexes are up and comps are +3%

The action and manipulation today and even Friday (and for sure last 5 months) proves to me that 1/ thg has to be taken private to realize and shareholder value , 2/ this will never get more than £2.5- it is so so so easily manipaulated and controlled by Algos

Broadly the infrastructure is in place to allow 14£ revenue. Circa £200m capex is needed for next couple of years vs £530m cash in bank so covered
MM has put on record how he hates the public market - so we know emotionally the only guy who can stop a delist has no reason to want to
Most big players will role their share from public to private and if bud is circa £2.5 vs current SP their NAV on the books materially increases
I don’t see any reasons it stays public - sadly no one in the stock markets cares/ considers PI and for most, anything up to 2.5£ per share would unlock a healthy profit.
Also if a deal isn’t struck, shorts will simply reload and bring SP back down(on profit the deflated position increased by +200%/ SP is 20% than rejected offer etc)

The counter argument would be why should they pay the same as IPO knowing an additional 10% shares have been issued since then ie dilution.
I reckon £4 is by far the max, and more likely 2-2.5 ish
