BB I agree its a hell of a punt at 0.5p but so far away from most people averages.

Well I could not resist checking in here after a lovely ride today. The good news is so far I was wrong last night when I said we would drop 10% today. I don't normally pass negative comments on other posters however to call holders silly panic sellers when you consider what is occurring here.....I will leave it at that. I do disagree with those who think a large placing is coming here IMO the larger holders will not allow it but what will happen is any ones guess. GL to us all.

On a bike but yes its a decent description of being on the coal face here as well. Will be back at 4.30 two stonking RNSs on show, I miss all the action but we are sitting at 4.28p. Keep the faith GLA

Kind words JD thank you. I am getting frustrated but I'm in here as I believe Kibo is the share that could change the life of my family and myself. I'm doing well with other shares including Bloe but I have a passion for Kibo that I have not had for other shares. The fundamentals here look great, LC just has to get one big one over the line. GL to you, lets see what tomorrow brings, all the best.

Another great point about Shumba. For me this really is the final critical point for Kibo, as I keep saying if the PIs sack this then.......Patience is vanishing for LC and not just from the bashers. Lets hope your right and they are going to stump up some serious cash for the major projects, dilution etc and it's over for me.

JDwag interesting point If it is a consolidation and immediate cash raise through a placing then it may involve all major shareholders defending their stakes and taking part. The hope I take is that why would Sanderson put up the cash if they thought they would not get it back and more. It's fine saying they will take the company but if Kibo achieves nothing then the company is worth 0! I favour the Sanderson deal simply because any dilution etc would destroy Kibo for good. Something stinks to high heaven here, is it a large SH selling down then buying back? I'm not sure but I stand by my last post. The worry for me is if the larger PIs start selling then the SP will be destroyed and I hope LC gets that. A few Pis dropping 80m or so shares into the market then its a desperate outlook, turn the lights off on the way out.. Let's see what tomorrow brings but without a great RNS first thing I'm guessing another 5-10% fall.

JDwag Just in from a long day at work and not surprised at the fall today. During the recent rise after what I thought was a good RNS I could sell 2m shares in one hit while the SP was going up. I expected that rise to stick but we have dropped like a brick again. I really don't know what is going on but there is something that there is no doubt as it is becoming more desperate for genuine holders. Do I think there is going to be a consolidation? I just don't think the big shareholders would allow that. Does the market smell a par value change? Again I can't see them allowing that and recently some have agreed to take shares for payments at over 5p. Is one of our larger shareholders ‘playing’ the SP? Now that would not surprise me at all rather than the share being shorted. Dilution would kill us all at this level and again why would the larger shareholders allow it? My money would be on drawing down increasing amounts from the facility and in return losing increasing amounts of the company unless we can generate decent income in the near future to pay it off. I have always said I think LC is an honest decent man but it is getting harder to keep sticking by his performance and it is not easy to argue with those who state his salary payments are excessive compared to results. For me I would like LC and other board members to take salary payments in shares but not at the current level rather 5p plus. Before I am slated for saying this it would at least make me feel a bit better and a bit more confident. There are PIs who have substantial holdings, I wonder what would happen to the SP tomorrow if I dropped my 7.8m shares into the market followed by a couple more of the larger holders. We are in a pretty dicey position here. Just the thoughts of a long term holder who has backed Kibo with his hard earned money. No one made me I bought into the special relationship. GL to all Kibo holders large and small.

I completely understand the point about selling now at less than 1p but LTHs have been here for years so I think they have shown patience of 2 saints !!

SYm lot of sells today and a few lumpy ones. As I have said before I hold a lot of these and am aware that some LTHs do as well. Lets hope LC pulls something out of the bag soon. Off to watch the cricket GL to you and your light hearted take on life and Kibo !!!

SYM I like it and take it in the way it is meant. When I see that we have dropped another 10% today you have to either hold or drop your balls. I've got both hands cupped at the moment

SYM It's an extremely emotive issue but I have to say that I would like to see them taking shares rather than cash. I get all the arguements about directors buying shares then when they sell.........etc etc but I think it would demonstrate we are all in this together if they did apart from the obvious saving of valuable cash.
