Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Not a chance imo. A sell out based on rumours based entirely on bulletin board chatter from impatient pi's. This is a profitable and growing company with assets to develop that aren't currently valued and a share price that only reflects a fraction of its current value. Selling from a point of clear temporary weakness is never a sound strategy. I'd be hard pressed to find a dafter time to sell.

Not my find. Someone flagged this on the telegram group. Some good news - the success of an RSV HCT carried out by Hvivo.
Hope you're right but it's all too easy to get carried away with this share. Also we're tied in for "up to" nine months so the price on day one is very much paper profit cos we can't realise it.
I think it works thus (please correct me if you know different):-
We, OO holders, will own a proportion of the equity in the new company (half, 75%, 80% idk) and the rest is new equity sold to raise funds - £20M of funds by the sounds of it. This is indeed dilution but this is a new company so CF is not going back on his "never going back to the market" promise. This would give the new company an initial value of some multiple of £20M.
Invesco were out as a notifiable institutional investor a while back. Hence the tr1 which was filed and that is what CF meant. But they weren't "out out" as they could still be holding less than 3% of the shares
Very jealous. That holding will be worth well north of £1m by the end of the year.
I reckon the first £33m is just a re announcement of the big deal we already know about - the first three slots at the Royal Free after the characterisation study. The extra £22m does look like it has ORPH's name on it though - another two slots bagged?
strictly - the ethics RNS was a good blue day. Hopefully that's that trend bucked.
From Tuesdays presentation I think CF is aware of that. He doesn't really see a competitor coming from China as western pharma's won't want deal with them (that very patent reason) and he was talking about selling the challenge models.for a big fee so no theft need be involved
No they don't. CF has been very clear several times that there is no share scheme or share options for the top brass. If they want em they can buy em on the open market and are encouraged to do so.
Do you mean in addition to the contract renewal on the 6th Jan And the contract expansion on the 20th? Yes I hope so too.
Well they started last year at 6p. A 50% increase every six months means 9 and then 13 or 14 by the end of the year.... Looks comfortably ahead of that promise.
"This is not a five bagger" as he keeps saying again and again. Promise kept so far. People often conveniently ignore this one but he's been pretty upfront about this and yes he does seem to be (and has often admitted) "trying to keep the brakes on".
Imutex sold by end of end or reversed into SPAC - yes this is a disappointment and we are behind on this. Hopefully it will come good and will be worth it. Hopefully very soon. I'm impatient too but wont be bailing for a loooong time yet.
Third and fourth facility - this is something we should be getting news on (the 3rd faciliaty) this month but as he's already announced a contract that is going to be carried out in it I'm pretty sure is in the bag.
Wearables/data - this is really quite new stuff. If we get news/deal in Q1 that is pretty quick going imho.
His enthusiastic tone in interviews always seems to get impatient investors (thats all of us) over-excited but in the cold light of day this business has delivered and I'm very confident it will continue to do so. It bloody annoying when people proclaim "Patience required!" but its true - and probably a lot less patient than would be required for almost every other stock. Long story short - if you can find a better prospect out there go take it and best of luck. I'm staying put.
They are opening dedicated recruitment centres for a hcs that hadn't yet started - so it isn't codagenix. CF did say approval for the big Corona HCS would not be RNS'ed but has he effectively just done so in such a way not to spike the SP
Well if all the proceed go to shareholders which CF said it would then a back of fag packet pack calculation based on OO owning 49% and there being roughly 700m OO shares could be 7p a share IF it sold for £100m... and it will sell for more than £100m.
It's early in the day but this is less BOOM and more an embarrassed parp. Hope for much better after the news conference.
Not been a bad week. Now can we be really greedy and get a blue finish to the day!
Is this conjecture or in your opinion or is this based on new facts/news?
Probably not given that he's probably telling the truth. The BPC RNS did not deny anything at all just repeated previous lines. Fully expect to see a placing very soon.
