Yesterday sold all my shares in Matd I lost approximately £19k it was hard to take the loss, sold at 1.22 unfortunately one bad news after another the company has been run down by Mic. This company is only a lifestyle choice for the CEO. Master 82 and hamm respect, the others that constantly put negative on this company which is justified but daily put downs why are you still in the share?, The revenue they produce was pathetic. Should’ve been 1000 barrels a day but it’s less than a fifth of that unfortunately Mic that lives in Singapore. This shows everything pathetic CEO I’m sure our paths will cross

unfortunately i’ve been in matd many years. it’s always one r.n. s that you’re waiting for the only thing i can see with the share unfortunately is a placing if after six months to sell oil you have only got £800,000 he cannot survive on this kind of investment. they haven’t even pumped this up to 1000 barrels a day in the six months this shows me they are not going to do anything except raise money they will raise it at half a pence i have 500,000 shares. i will take a hit on this on monday when i sell it but i will sell it at any price. i wish i wasn’t going to do this but i have lost nearly £25,000 on this rubbish sell up and move on unfortunately mike cannot even see that their accountant should have picked up on the vat and all the other bits and pieces they haven’t. they are incompetent. it’s a lifestyle choice. you can easily see that when he lives in singapore it’s going to hurt me selling this **** because i have lost a lot but i’d rather take the five or 6000 that i have left in this and move on master 82 you have been the most decent person on this board the rest i don’t give a damn.

• Future Invoice:

The May 2025 production invoice has been submitted and is currently being processed.

What This Means:

Petro Matad has successfully started receiving revenue from Heron 1 oil production. However, a portion of the funds (30%) remains temporarily withheld due to pending tax clarity. Once the Mongolian tax authority provides the necessary confirmation, that withheld amount could be released.

I think personally Matd is delaying things and the government of Mongolia possibly for 2026 maybe because of the refinery just seems big delays in time for the refinery seems all a bit crafty. My out was 5p But now if I can 2.5p I will at that price take a £20k hit on approximately 500,000 shares, all these dummies on here waiting for 8p it can’t even get to 2p, the 800 or so bpd and now it’s 300 jokers, buck unfortunately, I have just paid for your lifestyle in Singapore, disgraceful

Well all I say is when RNS lands this side of Christmas there will be no drilling production until March 2024, it the meantime unfortunately the share price will be down has people will invest elsewhere until production, any fool can see share will be down next RNS and will be up on production, a lot of shares are down my average is about 5-5.5p and at that price I’m off
