@sj74....How can you have a so called "profit warning' if you've never made a net profit, yet the business has saved £110 million on capex (post Ingenuity demerger as per previous results statement), they have reduced net debt from £600 million down to £230 million (60% reduction) in the past twelve months saving £50 million in interest payments (following disposal and cash reduction), then surely THG RemainCo must be "HIGHLY PROFITABLE and CASH GENERATIVE"....? So we should be expecting profit and dividends as stated!!!

As stated in last results and recent disposal. Annual Capex slashed by 85% and debt now reduced by 60% in past 12 months...SP should be at least 75p...???

So we should be expecting profit and dividends as stated, especially if another big disposal of non core business unit wipes out the debt.???

Oculuse..so what is the role of the Chairman in all this? Someone who has been paid circa £2,000,000 since taking office in 2022, yet he was brought in the raise the share price through " growth ", it says so in his appointment announcement if you care to read it.? An absolute pack of untruths and the Chairman has totally failed to deliver any growth whatsoever 🙄. The CEO appointed the Chairman therefore both of them should resign or be sacked by the BOD in line with it ethics policy and corporate governance rules to the benefit of all stakeholders. Re.Yespsb....but what about everyone else's reputation..the Chairman has shown that he lacks the ethical and morale courage to challenge his CEO who is clearly out of his depth and out of control. The reason the share price has been walked down again from within, is that insiders clearly felt uncomfortable about being in the FTSE 250 spotlight and all of the attention it would bring to the management's financial shenanigans and clear lack of corporate governance one assumes? JAO ADYOR! 🙄

The Chairman clearly cannot carry out his duties to shareholders as he is clearly compromised by the CEO who appears to have control over his decision making against the interests of shareholders so it seems? 🤔 JAO Adyor

APN seems to be a much better play..they obviously have better buying power than THG because whey prices don't seem to affect APN's profitability, also they aren't being robbed by a third party logistics company that is over charging THG for logistics services it seems?..all to the benefit of THG's CEO?. Surely a questionable set up, where the CEO of THG is benefitting financially from the arrangement where he is the biggest shareholder in another company? Why isn't the Chairman fulfilling a legal/ethical requirement to protect THG shareholders? JAO Adyor!🙄

If the self obsessed CEO stepped aside the share price would treble overnight..but unfortunately he's just looking after himself without any concerns for any other shareholder, especially when he has a lame duck Chairman and BOD in his pocket it seems! JAO Adyor 🙄
