Shareholders wanted debt reduction = debt reduction 60% to just £220 million from £600 million

Shareholders wanted growth in Nutrition and Beauty = looking good with projected 10-12% from Nutrition and 1-3% from Beauty despite market headwinds..

Just a few more asset disposal and this could fly especially if a special dividend announcement.

THG highlights has saved £110 million on capex (post Ingenuity demerger as per previous results statement), they have reduced net debt from £600 million down to £220 million (60% reduction) in the past twelve months saving about £50 million in interest payments (following disposal and cash reduction), then surely THG RemainCo must be "HIGHLY PROFITABLE and CASH GENERATIVE"....? So we should be expecting profit and dividends as stated!!!

Once a few more non core business units are sold off for £300 million + then the penny will drop..THG will saving £50 million per annum on debt interest alone with the remaining £220 million paid off. Also £374 million debt reduction in just 1 year and annual Capex reduced by 90% down to circa £20 from a previous £110 million following last year demerger.....Special dividend doesn't appear too far away... OSG, PROXY and Pmh etc etc...just reading what you want despite not owning any THG shares..totally different business compared to last year.. You guys kept going on and on about debt, but debt reduced by over 60% in less than a year and you still say the same thing...Beauty on course for +1 to 3% and Nutrition on course for +10 to 12 % on heavily weighted second half results...

Net debt6 of £321.4m (H1 2024: £350.5m), reduces to c.£220m proforma for the Claremont Ingredients disposal. Following the refinancing and THG Ingenuity demerger, gross debt REDUCED by £374m.

So last time the brokers picked up on the £121 million loss and the £600 million gross debt... Now we have a Statutory profit of £76 million and net Debt reduced down by 60% to just £220 million.. what a transformation in just 1 year..

No negative comments from the CEO. Beauty up 1%, Nutrition up 10% looking to be net cash positive and mention underlying values of THG's non core business units, which no doubt will be sold off in the near future for considerable sums compared to the market cap of THG as a whole. Dividends won't be far off it seems?. Just waiting for JPM Downgrade and OSG etc to start their usual negative tripe. 🙄 GLA

JPM have a lot to do with the recent fall back from 35p with their stand alone negative comments/target. They clearly have a negative agenda and aligned with some others to keep a lid on the SP it seems...not sure what the driver is but more than likely something to do with the scathing attacks on the IPO brokers following the false stories etc etc.....You'd think MM would want to prove them wrong in spectacular fashion, but it seems he's okay with the SP on the floor for pretty obvious personal gain reasons? Yes indeed capex slashed by 90% since last September's demerger..

As stated by THG recently........Specifically, capital expenditure will reduce to c. £20m pa (FY 2024 pre Demerger guidance: £100m to £110m) and cash lease costs will reduce to c. £22m pa. Future cash generation will facilitate a measured reduction in gross and net leverage, with RemainCo targeting continued progression to a neutral net cash / net debt position....

Seeing as the the likes of Polish and PROXY and Pmh are trying their best to talk this down..we'll have another look at the latest half yearly results... 😆

Update on H1 2025 financial performance and H1 2025 financial highlights. Group revenue performance in line with AGM statement guidance.

H1 2025 adjusted EBITDA of c.£24m[3] (H1 2024: £37.1m), primarily reflecting substantially higher whey pricing YoY in Nutrition. Whey commodity prices have remained stable at record highs during the last 12 months, with strong global demand matching new supply capacity, leading to market wide nutrition consumer price increases.

Cash and available facilities of c.£278m[4], following the Q1 2025 refinancing which substantially reduced gross debt.

Net debt of c.£330m (H1 2024: £350m), before the net proceeds from the disposal of Claremont for £103 million (proforma c.£230m). The second half of the year remains the seasonally strong cash generative period.

It was a pretty comprehensive statement. No change to AGM statement apart from Claremont disposal for £103 million going straight to pay down debt to £230 million. Debt significantly reduced. Sales up in both Nutrition and Beauty divisions...don't think they'll be much more to say...onwards and upwards with the disposal and Debt elimination programme in order to pay dividends..😍
