Maybe Selkirk new about the hidden value in the Nutrition Division..Claremont unsolicited approach and they paid £103 million in cash which THG have received, what other hidden gems does THG have that might get bought?..as for the partially refurbished Great St John Hotel in Manchester, that will soon be going on the market one assumes.?..checked with Companies House yesterday and it's definitely on THG's books according to last set of accounts for 2025 last page. As Matt said during the question session, the market doesn't fully understand to hidden value of many of the companies within THG Nutrition and Beauty divisions. Claremont worrh £103 million, totally unknown by the market before sales announced last month.as he said might get another £45 million from HMRC on VAT case, and may dispose of something else and very quickly end up debt free..!!! What will JPMC say then ??? 🤔
