Well it looks like the Chairman and CEO of Kelso's big holding XXX have really stitched Kelso up...?

Isn't there a "Body" to ensure Chairman and CEO's are not acting in their own interests to the detriment of other shareholders. Seeing as the FCA have been flagged up by an independent Government panel as being at best incompetent and at worst corrupt. The Chairman is clearly in the pocket of the CEO and failing to perform statutory duties of being independent of the CEO it appears, hence why Kelso appear to have wanted the Chairman removed last AGM vote? JAO Adyor!

The Concert Party may make their move as soon as the AGM or before possibly? ...the Amended RNS from 27th March 2025 mentions converting the loan earlier than Dec 4th 2025 if certain circumstances...what does that mean? 🤔

Looks like the "Concert Party" are employing a number of financial mechanisms to maintain the SP around current level..just a case of waiting for the Announcement.

Agree with OKE, MM and MA seem to be working as a concert party...hence why it seems Frasers have stopped at 11%...when MM converts the CLN he and Frasers will then make their move don't you think? ...Looking like it's all planned and the paperwork is ready to be signed off it seems? JAO Adyor!
