D9Ber good article the DCF analysis gives fair value of over £28 that's over double today's price. I note he makes no mention of the short position. That alone when it unwinds with the buying of 9m shares would account for a good proportion of the increase that will eventually come.

IMHO these shorters know something we don't. And I don't mean about Wizz. It's the 2nd most shorted FTSE stock for a reason. Some murky business is brewing. Bloodbath expected on results day. It'll swing back when the inevitable squeeze comes but I'm expecting a 30% drop or more to below £10 before the buying frenzy ensues, irrespective of what the results reveal. Following the squeeze then £16+ 💥

Would be interesting to see what economy fare Wizz offered for USA. I saw today LGW to Istanbul late February is £25 one way 4 hour flight. A significant loss leader.

By my estimation, around 50% of shorts, over 4 million shares, were shorted around 1300p or below (since August/Sept). So many are already in significant loss territory, albeit balanced by others shorted much higher 1600+

Will be interesting if today's rise triggered any shorters to buy back.

Agree energy storage is going to be huge. Just looking at the UK for example - rapid switch to wind power. That and solar means huge storage needs. Explosion of numbers of ebikes globally. And even boats - I live on a canal boat and we livaboards are switching to LiFePO4 batteries. Houses with solar increasingly investing in battery storage as grid payback reduces. Can easily see SPOD price reach $3000 in 2026.

I does seem they will make it but raising in bits like this is short term stop gap methodology, leaving a lot of uncertainty. Funds partly being used to pay director & consultant salaries....
