A good step forward today, with further cash in bank and risk free royalties. No more overly costly long term projects in Australia to distract or worry about funding.

I don't think Sagebrush has really resonated with the market.. there is massive upside with the first Sagebrush well, which will be a duel play targeting both untapped oil AND testing for Helium. Great to read that they're moving at pace with this.

Just a reminder for those not having done any research.. Sagebrush 1 originally came on at 600 bopd in 1984, so we could see decent figures from a new untapped oil reservoir. At the same time, they will drill beneath the salt where non-flammable gas is already known to exist. Less than 20 miles north a well flowed 0.1% Helium at 100MMCF/D, less than 18 miles south a well flowed 7% Helium at 1.5MMCF/D. There's Helium there and being wedged between both those known flows could see company making results and a quick route to market given local infrastructure already in place.

Fantastic images of the rig up at the State 36-2 well! Fully expecting this 5,500ft extended lateral to be transformational for the company in opening up the Paradox development. Peak production rates over 2,100 boe/d on the initial 130ft reservoir interval, they're now extending at not cost with a $7m wellbore investor at 50% WI. EUR expected to be 2 million boe on just this well once complete.

Says it all about the potential they see in Rudyard - if this is the largest structure, then they're assuming it's bigger than Ingomar. We already know there's 482-594MMCF of #Helium resource in Rudyard, this will get a significant boost when Aeon complete they're reserve statement.

Agree on the positive sentiment, but think you need to read the RNS again, they'll be drilling 5 wells at Rudyard this year:

"The Company intends to drill up to five production wells on the Rudyard structure in 2025, enhancing helium production and revenue from the Xebec processing plant."

RE Clink, the company hasn't said any different and have had the opportunity to do so, therefore a rig team is still being sourced and would expect an update on that re-entry very soon.

With news just in that GeoPark have terminated their latest acquisition in Colombia, has Arrow's success in 2024 put them in the crosshairs for a takeover.. comparable to other acquisitions, AXL will be worth a fair penny!

It will also naturally increase the flow rate due to increased perforation and pressure over the length of the horizontal in the production zone. Check out Arrow Exploration (AXL) who have had a lot of success in this space in the last 12 months.

Here they are playing in a fractured formation, so by increasing the length of the horizontal, which they will then subsequently acid wash (this is big here, especially on a horizontal), it'll create larger pockets across the basement for recoverable resources (hence the increase). The beauty of all of this is, is not only do we get increased recoverable resources from a single well, but we'll also be able to control the flow rate for quite some time. This will give us the option to produce more short term to fund the next well, or simply choke back the flow with the ESP to maintain reservoir integrity and produce consistently.

This is going to be an exciting step forward for the company and they'll learn a lot from this drill to develop the field for years to come (hopefully quicker with a favourable farm-in deal).

Short term newsflow is stacked with results of AB-2 & AB-3 expected this week, alongside updates on their 2025 work program, 2nd rig acquisition and mobilisation to the Tapir block, new pipeline from CN to RCE, Oso Pardo update with Canocol, and the eagerly anticipated reserves update next month which is set to add significant upside to current estimates. Q1 will be the start of something special for AXL 🔥

I really am looking forward to this lateral drill! It's felt like an eternity, but this will fully unlock the Paradox Basin for Zephyr and pave the way forward for larger scale development! We already know that the well is capable of producing over 2000 boepd from the 2nd test, and that was only from a 130ft reservoir interval.. with the added 5,500ft lateral (which will also be acid washed), this fractured basement is about to get blown open!

The focus for most is the short term cash injection potential, but the mid-long term expectations here will be to scale up quickly, likely with farm-in partners.. this well will show how lucrative this basin really is! The share price will be in a far different place in 3 months, let alone by the end of 2025! 🚀

Bo & David have already made it clear that they will be using debt financing and have already held discussions with interested parties.. they are aligned to with shareholders to maximise value, so no placing is needed.
