There is no valuation of 10p per share. Solg is valued by the market at less than 7p. The 40% premium you're talking about would be lovely for lth, but the value of the company is what people will pay for it. Solg is worth 7p a share. Everything else is the same kind of speculation that has been happening for years. It wasn't true then and isn't today.

A reminder that anyone taking an interest in solg is taking a stake in a poorly-managed, overly-ambitious and at times arrogant junior explorer (MCap c. £200m) which could definitely fail. If you could invest directly in the metal in the ground (and if it was definitely better value to extract it than from competing assets) then talk of nvp would be sensible. But instead you are buying shares in a little-known company, long forgotten by busy majors who showed an early interest, releasing non-event news sporadically to try and avoid administration (and when they doesn't work, flogging 5% of the company for significantly less than it paid itself for the stake 🤦‍♂️)
