For those just joining this board, the reasons there hasn't been a TO (when so many brainless rampers have said there will be) are many and varied, but include the complex ownership structure, jurisdictional and development risks, high capital requirements, and strategic misalignment.

None of these have yet changed in a material way. Hence there won't be a takeover (TINTO). Those with more sense (and investment experience) will be able to tell you when this changes, but don't expect it to be soon 👍

I can't accept that, because I'm the one who would know. And I don't. So it would be incorrect to support you claim, though I can understand why my posts would frustrate those looking to ramp a share that has a long and rocky road ahead of it.
