There isn't a takeover. Solgold are experiencing the same (entirely predictable) issues that all explorers tend to face. It's going to take a lot longer and a lot more cash to get this to a point where big money wants to invest. People reading this should keep their powder dry and aim to get in at the low prices the big money do. It's very simple.
